According to an Article on Naver Sports todays Wemix Market price
A. Group Championship: Yewon Lee won 250,000 Wemix which is about 600 million Won--463,740 USD
B. Group winner back count method: Ji Young Park won 50,000 Wemix which is about 120 million Won---92,748 USD
I guess back count means her prize money is after the last A group prize money

Ji Young got a special prize for best performance on the day. She birdied the last three holes or something which no one else did meaning she beat Yewon for best performance of the day or something. I believe the 50k coin was a bonus to Ji Young. I could be wrong.

Wemix value update::
Title: "KLPGA Players’ Bonuses Increase with Rising Price of Wemix – Wemix Championship Prize Money Hits Jackpot" Date: Approved on December 2, 2023, 10:00 AMContent: The price of the virtual asset Wemix has surged, resulting in an increase in bonuses for players of the Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA). This is due to the continuous rise in prize money from last month's event, the 'Wemix Championship', which is a tournament of champions. The prize money, which was about 2.4 billion won at the time of the event, has exceeded 3.1 billion won due to the sharp rise in Wemix prices.As of December 2nd, according to the cryptocurrency exchange Coinone, the price of Wemix is trading at 3,180 won, up about 1% from the previous day. The price of Wemix has been soaring in the past week, reaching its highest value this year.The rise in Wemix prices has brought smiles to a particular group – the KLPGA players. The top 24 players of the KLPGA received Wemix as their prize for participating in the Wemix Championship held on the 18th and 19th of last month at the Busan Haeundae Beach Golf and Resort. The total prize for this event was 1 million Wemix, which was roughly 2.4 billion won at that time's exchange rate.Even the original prize money of 2.4 billion won was higher than the Hanwha Classic's 1.7 billion won, which is the highest regular tournament prize in the KLPGA. Now, this prize amount has already reached the level of 3.2 billion won, approximately double that of the Hanwha Classic.Although the players have already received their prizes, the tournament's prize money was issued in non-fungible tokens (NFTs), so the players have not yet cashed them. Players will be able to convert their prizes to cash after January 1 next year. If the price of Wemix continues to rise, the prize money the players can receive will also increase.Lee Ye-won (KB Financial Group), the winner of the tournament, received 250,000 Wemix as her prize, equivalent to about 600 million won at the time. However, in just two weeks, the value of her prize has increased by 200 million won to EIGHT HUNDRED MILLION WON. No Seung-hee (Yojin Construction), who came in second, received 120,000 Wemix, initially valued at about 290 million won, which has now increased by 100 million won to 380 million won.The prize money for other players, who received Wemix according to their rankings, has also significantly increased in just two weeks.Of course, if the price of Wemix falls, the value of the prize money will also decrease. It remains to be seen how the price of Wemix will fluctuate until January 1, when players can cash in. For players who have received hefty bonuses, watching the price changes of Wemix may become another source of excitement.Reporter: Heo Jun, joon@techm.kr

I am not against cryptocurrencies in general. But I am concerned with fly by night schemes and price manipulation etc. We can't have our employer pay us in one cryptocurrency and then have the supermarket only accept their crypto currency and then a different crypto for bus and train usage etc. It's a madhouse. Then one more crypto currency for government taxes.
This is ridiculous. I can imagine January 1st the price collapsing as the 24 players dump their "coin".

Since the tournament ended, the value of the Wemix tokens has soared. When Yewon won, her prize money was worth close to 600 million won, itself one of the biggest prizes in KLPGA history. Apparently her tokens are now worth 1.225 BILLION won. That's over a million bucks for a two round silly season event. Or, put another way, close to what she made in the entire season. Not bad if the value holds until she's allowed to sell in the new year. Article about Yewon's winnings
