Starts Friday for a field of 108, top-50 plus ties make the cut. Nothing exceptional about this event, aside from playing during Masters week ... throw in the KLPGA stream and a few million golf nuts in Japan will be perched like zombies in front of their TV and PC screens round-the-clock.

Friday was washed out ... now it's a 36-hole sprint.
********
In other news, The High Exalted Mystic Princess Mary Superal is playing Japan's scrub tour this week in a two-round event ... opened with a 71 (-1) on Thursday, putting her T-5 on the scoreboard ... the start of Round Two on Friday is delayed by poor course condition.

This video might not "survive", but here are the leaders on Sunday starting at the 13th green:
Here's the official JLPGA video of the Yamashita vs. Iwai alley fight:

I don't see her being a drag at all on Japan's team at the International Crown.
Yamashita's exquisitely good 4-UT over the gorge at the par-4 18th hole
The original sign would be correct IF they had played three rounds ... the correct amount is in the scoreboard I posted.
The low am on the left was Yuzuki Yoshizawa (+1)
The best Chisato Iwai could do from a plugged, steeply uphill lie at #18 was getting the ball (left of her hands) to the collar.
Miyuu Abe almost made it a three-way battle to the end.
SW Bae (-3)
Momoko Ueda
Until she wins on Japan's big tour, Hana Lee (+1) is still Unknown

Somehow I missed that Kotone and Yuri was playing in the Tournament. The one round score to miss the cut hurt them with Kotone Hori missed by one and Yuri missed by two. However Yuri made bogey on her last two holes and had thirty-five putts.
