Just Wondering why it has not yet been released, last year it was released on the 4th of January and we are one week shy of February
I wonder if all the fuss with the broadcasting rights and investigations have had an impact with sponsors?
Maybe Yes/ Maybe No but id be interested to see if they have a bumper year like last year

If I remember correctly, we didn't get the schedule until a week before the first event or something like that. I think it was really late.

Yeah, they seem to wait until the last minute every year. I would expect it nearer to April.

I stand corrected, but I still recall they often wait longer than the first week of January to publish the schedule.

Seven out of thirty locations are TBD ... really? Can't believe that haven't nailed down the Sky 72 Club for at least one event by now, they always play there. Unfortunately, they will again make two visits to the execrable Bear's Best Cheongna course. Well, maybe some of those TBDs will end up at new and highly ranked venues ... but I wouldn't bet on it.

DB Group still listed as KGA Women's Open sponsor so I fully expect the event to stay at Rainbow Hills but I don't have any inside knowledge on that. In a few months, there should be some notice on Rainbow Hills website's calendar listing the event which will confirm it before it's posted on KLPGA's website.
The two courses the tour visits twice have 27 holes and so the events use different 9's the second time they visit, so it's not ENTIRELY the same event. I went to Bears Best last fall and the buildings are an eye-sore if you're looking for them, but generally I was looking at the golf. My feet hurt SO bad after that event. It was the first event I actually walked the 18 holes. I have to have a better strategy this year. I have a bone spur of sorts in one of my feet and walking a lot can take it's toll.
I hope the KLPGA Championship is not at the same course since it's traditional to move around each year, but that said, I hope it's near enough that I can attend the Final Round. My goal is to get to the 5 major's final rounds this year, as I went to three of them last year.

There is NO OBVIOUS mention of DB Group on Rainbow Hills website, because it's an independent golf club, right? Nope!! There's a link to "Sister Websites" on the main page. Why would an independent golf club have "sister websites". *LOL* Every single "sister website" is DB Group this or DB Group that!!!
DB Group OWNS Rainbow Hills which we all assumed.
The KGA Women's Open surely will be at Rainbow Hills. LOL
Awesome, because I want to go back.

After one month from my last post here, the number of TBA venues increased from seven to eight ![O_o](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/browraise.png) ... even Mollie can do better than that.
