What do you think? Is it Jin Young? Well, she's injured and has struggled a lot this year. In Gee? She has the biggest win, but only three top tens all year. Min Ji Park? She is dominating on the KLPGA but has yet to do anything special elsewhere.
Opinions?

Think I'd have to say Hye-jin. She's currently 5th on CME, one spot ahead of Ingee, and top-ranked Korean. Nine top 10s this year (so far), 6 other tournaments where she's been top 20. Only out of the top 30 twice this year. Hasn't missed a cut. Ranked 2nd in rounds under par (and 2nd in rounds played). 5th - just behind Hyo Joo - in scoring average.

This is a trick question, right? According to Nichols, The New Ko won the CME championship last year while taking full swings with only a 52-wedge during her warm-ups.

Jin Young Ko is to me the top Korean player until a another player win more on the LPGA. Not top tens have wins and top fives. Who is playing better I would say Hye Jin Choi has a slight edge over Min Ji because of the different Tours.

Who's the best overall? Jin Young by a significant margin. Among everyone, not just the Koreans.
Who's played the best this season? In Gee absolutely. Major results: T25, T15, Win, T22, runner up via playoff.
HJC is awesome, but I can't rank anyone who hasn't won very high.

I'd probably go with In Gee, too, but her big weakness is that she doesn't win very often or even get a lot of top tens. I think she's had just three top tens this year, all of them wins or runner-ups. She does put together a lot of top 25s, but I can't remember a time when the BEST Korean (as opposed to just a really good one) wasn't putting up 10+ top tens, so that's my reluctance about her. If she can get another win this season (she plays well in Korea, but seems to be injured now), I think she can shut the case. It's just a really weak time for the Sisters. I never thought we'd see so many of them simultaneously slump/get injured. Hopefully they will rebound big time in 2023 when Ina Yoon wins the LPGA Rookie of the Year.

Lydia Ko until JYK proves her injuries aren't career ending.
