Round 4: Yoon Ji Cho Blisters the Course for First Win of 2015
In Gee Chun was just too tired and under the weather to continue. Given that next week is not only a Major, but the event sponsored by her main sponsor, Hite, she decided it was best to withdraw from this tournament.
There were plenty of low numbers to be had out there on this day. The winner turned out to be Yoon Ji Cho, who shot a scintillating 63 to wind up at 18 under. She collects the 300 million won first prize and should leap into the upper reaches of the year's money list.
Min Sun Kim 5 gave it a good go, but wound up 2nd after a 66.
Yoon Kyung Heo shot a 68 and got lapped. Still a top five for her.
Congrats to Yoon Ji Cho on her second career KLPGA win and first of the year!
