I'm good with Korean names. I'm pretty good with Japanese names. But Thai names really screw me up.
If Sherman Santiwiwatthanaphong end up making it onto the LPGA Tour, I am going to need to hire a linguist.

I saw that, too. Maybe a mistake as she was born in Australia? Although, I think, she's playing in the LPGA Hana Bank on a sponsor invite. But, a change of Nationality?

I don't buy the idea of Minjee being Korean. I'm guessing it's a mistake. She has been proudly Aussie her entire amateur career. Still, it wouldn't be the first time this happened. Cecilia Cho quietly started to identify herself as Korean when she joined the KLPGA, and Sharon Ahn turned into Shin Ae Ahn when she went pro despite being on the New Zealand national team for several years.
Looking at the list, I notice a few possible KLPGAers in there.
Jeong Eun Lee might be Jung Eun Lee 5, a multiple winner on the KLPGA who hasn't been so hot of late. Ju Young Park might possible be Hee Young's little sis, which would be really cool if she made it over here (although she hasn't the resume her big sis had on the KLPGA)! Minjee and Su Oh are of course the top gunslingers from down under (no matter what flag they are putting on Minjee at the moment!).

It appears to have been an error. They have since changed it to an Australian flag on the leaderboard.

Yes....I believe Ju Young is The Mini Rocket...I hope she gets her exempt tour card and joins her sister. Ariya is choking it up...she's not been the same since her injury.
All the other 'stars' are playing well as expected.

We're burying the lead here...Sherman Santiwiwatthanaphong with a five under par round to put herself into position to advance! If she gets her card, she will become my favorite player based on name alone.

Tony was using the same flag that is used on the official scoreboard. I've seen her listed as represented "Ireland" before. Perhaps, in a Olympic-esque setting where you can't represent Northern Ireland separately, she chooses to represent Ireland instead of the United Kingdom. Though, Vikki Laing is able to represent Scotland, so I have no idea.
