It's not a major, but it's a biggie...four days and a total purse of 140M Yen. SBS Golf will have two hours per day on Sat. & Sun., 5PM local time. I tried looking up "Earth Mondahmin" and got pictures of mouthwash bottles made by a Japanese company called Earth-Chem, I think. Clean must be the theme...I never attended a golf tournament that went THIS far:

And the Japanese also have too much respect for other's property...there won't be any graffiti in that outhouse.
Someone told me that if a Japanese person finds money on public transit in Japan...they'll turn it over to the lost and found.
Talk about porta potties...I was at the Beijing Olympics Bird's Nest Stadium site in 2011....there were rows of PP's and they were all void of any maintenance...it was disgusting. Supposedly the Bird's Nest is falling apart.

Supposedly the Bird's Nest is falling apart.
Given that it was designed by Ai Weiwei the current powers that be in Beijing probably don't put too high a priority on it. It supposedly costs around $9m a year to maintain, but despite the lack of major events the venue is profitable as it remains a major domestic tourist attraction charging about 50RMB per person and about 20,000 to 30,000 people a day stop by.
Practically the only events the National Stadium (to use its formal name) hosts are the occasional exhibition international soccer match or concert; it is due to host the 2015 IAAF World Championships later this summer. If Beijing were to be successful in its bid to host the 2022 Winter Olympics (the Kazakh capital Almaty is their only challenger) it would be host for the opening ceremony just as it did for the 2008 summer Olympics.

Our tour bus only dropped by the Olympic site for about an hour around 8pm after our dinner. There were hundreds of people selling souvenirs....I'm now the proud owner of a 2008 Beijing Olympic Gold medal...it only cost me 15 RMB's.....lol. I didn't know that many people toured the stadium per day....50 RMB is a lot for an admission fee. How far away and what city would host the alpine events? Ice...you know more about China than I...and you're a white guy....I knew I should have listened to my Momma and married a Chinese gal....lol.

Why does SS Feng play the JLPGA, especially when the Walmart event is this week? Trying to gain some confidence to get a win against lower ranked players....or maybe wants to take advantage of some all you can eat sushi restaurants.
Actually AYCE sushi can be redundant and often not great quality....often you can't order sashimi, though the family went to a great one called August 8 in Burlington, Ont.....I suspect it might be Chinese owned based on the name. I don't believe there are many Japanese owned Chinese restaurants except in Japan.
There are many Korean owned Japanese restaurants in Van City.

If I won the lottery I'd attend a KLPGA and JLPGA events and fanboy Sharon and Sky....heck I might even buy a Dumbo hat from one of In Gee's fan club members.
Does anyone have a video of Sharon speaking English?....I heard Sharon's English is quite competent.

Feng, Erika Kikuchi, and Ha Neul Kim got in under the wire at -1. Another new bag w/ matching headcovers for Bo Mee Lee! I assume Honma is driving this constant turnover...why? She began the year with a white one w/ blue & gold trim. Then she changed to white w/ green & black trim. Now we have hot pink w/ sky blue & white trim. Is there a huge market for the giant pro golf bags? So Yeon Ryu had a white bag w/ green & black trim at the KPMG. I'll be curious to see if this color change filters down to Honma players on other tours. JY Shin (-3) and Teresa Lu (-2) Asami Kikuchi (+7)...chronic trunk slammer...I think she is the older sister of Erika by about three years...both use Titleist VG3 drivers...the S.S. Feng is moored in the background.

SS Feng is sponsored by Japanese equipment maker Honma Golf so i presume she is requited to play a few times of the year there, next weeks she plays in the KLPGA/CLPGA event in China - Kumho Tires Ladies Open because again she is sponsored by Korean tire make Kumho Tires
