Great timing by KPS Capital Partners ... bought TM in 2017 when it was in the toilet and dumped it after everyone went pandemic-crazy with golf last year. I'm curious to know what kind of rate of return Centroid is expecting.
The same management is in place and the first major decision was to bring back Sergio ... although he's a smidge over-the-hill, he seems a natural with TM ... check out the numerous WITB pics in this article -
TM's U.S. website shows only four women staffers: Brooks, Fassi, Sung Hung and Hull ... I guess performance is not the number one requirement. What's the next move? How about going all in with Muni? She's been playing TM sticks for years and started wearing TM's visor last month. I think she played the Titleist ball at one time, but that brand is no longer next to her name on this week's LPGA leaderboard. If she switched to a TP5, that's probably a good move - I've always like TM's ball products over the years ... I check Walmart every once in a while for boxes of the discontinued Project (a) balls (2018 version). I've had to settle for the white ones ... just about impossible to find the yellow ones. Was Adidas soft goods separated out from TM a few years ago? I have three Adidas golf shirts that are pre-2010 ... will keep them until they are in rags. I dropped their shoes for FJ last year, but still have a blue TM r7 cap ... a real collector's item if it didn't have a big sweat stain on the inside.

Driving is not a criteria for making a TaylorMade commercial I guess. Hyun Ju Yoo does a commercial for TayorMade on SBS Broadcasts. Her driving average is 219.6, however it's for only two Tournaments. But Gyeol Park whose average is 232.5 hit her drive past Hyun Ju.
