https://www.instagram.com/p/B84ObEjlkVc Looks like Karen Chung is getting ready for her start on the Symetra Tour. She probably should have played full time last year. Instead of jumping back and forth from LPGA to Symetra Tour. Also the decision to not attend Q-School was probably the right one. Since they changed only the top maybe fifteen finishers get into many LPGA tournaments.

Hmmm… Interesting. I wonder if Jin Young is renegotiating her Hite contract or looking around for another top sponsor? Given her great improvement last year, she probably should! The spot where the LG logo is used to have 'Hite' on it, so perhaps LG is her new Hite and she just doesn't have the hat yet? Stay tuned!

According to her comments, this is her second (lifetime?) hole-in-one; her first came 7 years ago. So, it's a pretty special achievement for her!

I think that Jin Young Ko was the only golfer male or female Hite sponsor in USA.
Honma only sponsors Justin Rose and Shanshan in the USA I believe. So they don't seem to believe it will benefit them to sponsor USA golfers.

Somebody else will take home the coveted Bowl of Oranges this year, as Kelly Tan has announced that she won't be defending her title at the Florida's Natural Classic 3/6-3/8. Defending champion Kelly Tan (Batu Pahat, Malaysia) is not among the competitors, as she finished tied for 20th at the second annual LPGA Q-Series to earn Priority List Category 14 status for the 2020 season. Tan won the 11th edition of Florida’s Natural Charity Classic in 2019 thanks to a birdie on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff against Demi Runas after setting the tournament scoring record 13-under par. “Florida’s Natural is an amazing tournament sponsor and a large reason that I get to live out my dream of playing on the LPGA Tour this year,” Tan said. “All the volunteers, Country Club of Winter Haven staff and entire community were so supportive, working tirelessly to ensure a great event. I’ll miss competing in Winter Haven, but wish the best of luck to everyone in the field.” www.symetratour.com/news/2020-floridas-natural-charity-classic-previewThe field is cleared for RLB's comeback.

jumpcut Kelly Tan is currently #86 on LPGA's official money; her only goal should be to place inside Top-80 the end of the year. It wouldn't make any differences if she wins 5 Symetra Tour events; even though it will secure her 2021 card. She' off to a good start; she should keep her life simple by viewing herself as a LPGAer, not a Symetra Tour graduate. Would Jin Young Ko play a Symetra Tour event; not likely.
