The New Karrie did not make the cut at the NSW Open.
**********
Interesting pic - Annelie Sjoholm of Sweden and class of 2018 at Campbell U. is still gaming the long-extinct TaylorMade JetSpeed driver at the NSW Open. This driver was endorsed by the former Van City correspondent ... Sue Kim and Ji Hee Kim have also played it. If I go to the North Coast golf show this weekend, could I find that one in a junk barrel for $25? BTW, the Campbell U. Camels are in North Carolina ... the current women's golf team has four Swedes.

It seems like they have been in Australia for 6 months.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B9GaEH9FduU I wouldn't think that Jin Young would play Titleist irons or driver. I never really paid any attention to the irons that she plays. But I do know that she plays Bridgestone balls.

Looks like she's wearing one of Ann Cain's bucket hats.
I think you have it backwards - 'Titleist' is next to her name in her 2018-19 tournament results at lpga.com, which means she uses a Titleist ball. However, she's been gaming Bridgestone irons during her time here (2019 CP Open below).

Cyborg brutalizing her driver at Suwon CC earlier this week.
Jenny from The ROK is leaving too much to the imagination ...
Yuka Yasuda earlier this month in Thailand with someone she calls Wakaba (per Google mush) ... the last three pics of this collection are swing videos; if she played the LPGA (and she might be good enough to play here now), Rankin and Stupples would be beating us over the head with the TEMPO.

Jin Young Ko signed and gave me a Bridgestone ball two years ago. No I didn't ask for it. So I assumed that she still played them.

While in Oz, Mi Hyang Lee made a pit stop at AnKGOLF International Golf Academy. She hadn't been there in 10 years.

Tomcat will be ready whenever the JLPGA is.
I assume the Superstar is still in Turkey where it's relatively safe ... did you hear the drive in the second video? DROP KICK?! At the 2017 ShopRite/Acer, I saw Laura Davies hit four inches behind her ball with her driver at #18.

Vintage video from 2013 at AnKGOLF ... how many familiar faces can you spot?

Saturday's NYT crossword (the hardest day/puzzle of the week):
43A clue: Skort circuit?
Answer: LPGATOUR
This one was listed under "Tricky Clues" on the NYT Wordplay blog, with the following comment:
43A: “Skort” is an easy portmanteau, but it didn’t make me think of sports right away. I know the portmanteau is a combination of skirt and shorts, but it would really be more modern to use skirt and sport instead, since skorts are ubiquitous in athleisure these days. Anyway, the golfers on the LPGA TOUR wear skorts.
