Dani is quite right...I can't think of an LPGA tour stop with better visuals than Aviara.

Eight-time LPGA Tour winner Anna Nordqvist secured her fourth win at the 2014 Kia Classic and has won every year since. But the veteran player says that since her last win at the 2017 Evian Championship, she had been struggling with her health. “I think probably last year I was mental and physically exhausted already in April. If you look from a year ago I've come a long way. The results hasn't really been there, but at the same time, you just got to kind of take baby steps,” explained the 31-year-old from Sweden. “It's been a little bit up and down. I’ve just been very tired the last couple years. I'm just finding my health, getting a little bit better. I have a little bit more energy now, which is all I care about. It's nice to see.” EUN-HEE JI CRUISES INTO KIA CLASSIC, ROOKIE URIELL MAKES DREAM START AND MORE IN CARLSBAD

65 by CC ... didn't see that coming.
Apparently the par-11th hole meanders off the usual LPGA goat track ... a lot of bad numbers there, including a 7 by Su Oh (76).

In Gee has slowly returned to form.
Her average driving was 233 yards; an errand shot of 211 yards at #4 the culprit. Tee shot on #17 was 255 yards.
She overcame double at #11 (her second hole) with 5 birdies to shoot -2. Her putts per GIR was 1.615, tremendous!

Rookie Sarah Schmelzel currently T-2. Comedian Jerry Lewis would have a field day pronouncing her last name.
Phew, Judy's still kickin' it.

Lexi looked miserable out there. She didn't even crack a smile hugging her partners on 18. Of course, GC had to show every shot of her mediocre round. Maybe she can Skype with Leo tonight for an attitude adjustment.
Judy only speaks when she has something to say. Paige, take note.
