This is unexpected and pretty awesome news:
Particularly excited about Hong San Soo and Lee Chang Dong, two of the very best Korean directors of the past twenty years; Andy Lau, a great Hong Kong actor (he was in the original Hong Kong version of The Departed and House of Flying Daggers among many other films); Takeshi Kaneshiro, star of House of Flying Daggers and many others; and BAE DOO NA!!! My favorite Korean actress.
