Duh...obviously the people at Golf Magazine have not read Argonne's WRX LPGA fashion thread...it's dominated with Koreans.....namely.....SKY, Smile Candy, SEXY QUEEN, Hottie Yoo/Ryu, etc etc.
Wie dresses like a goof, who cares about the PHONY PINK ONE and Lexi has often been criticized for her boring Puma apparel.

You have to give them a break, that is the arm of the American golf establishment that deals with women's golf. They are genuinely in a bad way, fighting for scraps, fighting against attrition. Michelle remains their most popular, and after Thompson their best player is still 40-year-old Cristie Kerr, by a huge margin. There are no up and comers on the horizon whatsoever. I don't think such paltry recognition by the likes of "Golf World" matters anymore to the Korean golf world. Anyways they could put Michelle on every cover going forward, it wouldn't make any difference, it's a lost cause. |
