I don't know what is required for Nasa to qualify for LPGA Toto Japan Classic. She is No. 17 in official money ranking and will need another 25 million yen to reach top 10.
Nasa's JLPGA earning is more than 10 times her LPGA earning this year.

Strange timing on this news flash: Bo Mee Lee became a regular tour member this week. Huh?! NOW, after seven seasons and 21 wins? Obviously, I don't know the JLPGA system...I assume there are more hurdles to jump for non-Japanese players. BML's translated comments from the JLPGA website: A wishful day came to Ibomi. No, it is not an exaggeration to say that it is a wish. Finally, while looking at the membership card I got, I was deeply moved by words. "I've been waiting for this day for seven years, since I participated in the Japanese tour, I've been looking for myself a lot, but I have no choice but to take the protest. It is difficult to take the test because of the relationship, which was changed from this year, I am able to become a member safely, I sincerely thank you. "Thank you very much. Bow to deeply.
However, there are mountains and valleys so far. Lee Ai of this season is at a loss. "I want to win soon, I'd like to make a good report to everyone who supports me, finally, I won the winning CAT Ladies became an unforgettable match." Furthermore, on this day, "I remembered all the matches I won in Japan, the 50th anniversary of LPGA, I feel like I was one person in history, I am thrilled to have a membership card, I'm feeling sleepy tonight I am sorry that my mother was not in this place and I will send pictures and get pleased at the moment. "" As a member, I am more concerned about my attitude and behavior as a member. I will put more effort on making it a good player. "
Well, how is your condition going? "The shots are tolerable, but I am changing the putter because I do not feel comfortable with putting, so I will use a 2 ball type this week and I was using 2 balls when I won the 13 year girls' professional championship. I'm sure you will come back. " Golf is a spiritual sport. Aim for the first victory as a member - A new goal is added, the eyes shine differently****** Nasa Hataoka also received a full membership card this week. ***** Ten players are testing the new XXIO 10 (aka XXIO X) driver this week. One of them is Serena Aoki (with new visor): She may not be ready to play it. Her translated comments: At the recital, "I was aware that the initial speed was fast, I felt the goodness of the (ball) grasping feeling", but when asking once again whether it is used in the convention or not, the answer "I'm thinking what to do". "The timing between the shaft and my swing does not match a bit, which is a matter of wondering if you are better off using a familiar driver (with security) because the fairway is narrow."
Aoki currently ranked 34th in prize money. 24 years old, I will decide "I will decide by thinking until tomorrow morning" only to the state of limitation to get the right to participate in the target "TOTO Japan Classic" (granted within 35th prize ranking at the end of next week's Fujitsu Ladys) What kind of decision will you make? Attention is paid to the first tee on the first day.***** In other news, Shiho Oyama is a WD and received some kind of medical exemption (herniated cervical disk) for the rest of the season. I think that means she doesn't have to worry about finishing out of the top-50 in this year's money list, which is the cutoff to get full playing privileges for 2018. Whew, that's a relief...after all, she has only 17 career wins.

LMAO And we all thought the LPGA was RACIST. It takes Smile Candy years to obtain a JLPGA membership card and FRAUDSTER Nasa gets a card in 1.5 years.
LOL If they put an adjustable adapter on the XXIOX driver then Aoki could test 10 shafts quickly vs. have to wait for the sherpas to epoxy 10 shafts onto heads and wait for the glue to dry/cure....duh.

I think something must be "Lost in translation" as they say. It makes zero sense that Bo Mee Lee would not have tour membership.

it looks like ayaka matsumori has also pulled out of the us lpga stage2 qschool, along with ayaka watanabe. fumiko kawanishi is still listed. At least Muni He is still on the list. Bummer news about Ayaka Matsumori dropping out...a mesmerizing knockout with an elegant swing...she would be a pleasant diversion among all the washouts at a future Shop-Rite/Acer. Unfortunately, she's not ready (yet) for the LPGA and probably knows it....just too many weeks on the JLPGA where she doesn't show up...she'd get killed on the LPGA now. Ayaka Watanabe is a mystery. I've seen her swing on the Internet and at Bedminster in July...quirky for sure, but wickedly powerful. However, it hasn't been reliable...too many mediocre appearances on the JLPGA...she wouldn't do much on the LPGA, although her length would be helpful at times. Kawagishi is like a Japanese Caro Hedwall...a big load who might be able to survive on the LPGA. She was at Bedminster, but I didn't see her play.

FYI - Japan's minor league tour is also in action this week (Oct. 5 - 7). For good luck, I will not change my avatar, Weiwei Zhang, as she is three shots behind the leader in the 2nd round. I did the same last week...but Zhang flopped in Korea. ****** Now back to Japan's big tour... Yuting Seki and Jennifer Hirano SY Kang and Min Young Lee Shoko Sasaki and Jae Eun Chung

currently there are only five players from japan on the us lpga, 1-ai miyazato (now retired), 2-ayako uehara, 3-sakura yokomine, 4-mika miyazato, 5-nasa hataoka. out of this group i believe only ayako uehara will retain her lpga card via the current moneylist. mika miyazato won years ago, i dont know if this helps her retain her card.
born in america, mina harigae is the only player of japanese ancestry on the lpga.

Glad to hear Muni is playing Stage II...Larry the Loop is alive...but no bag this week.....but looking to caddie at Stage II....maybe Muni will give him a shot.
So how much do you think the gals pay him a day.....$120-$150/day?...I would not even be surprised at a low of $100/day....the gals are the ones who hold the trump card.
FAKE Sky is playing. Hopefully Georgia Hall SKOOLS everyone...she's got length but needs to work on her scoring clubs...she was out driving Cralota at the LET event in Spain. Hopefully JUNIOR plays well.

Regarding the JLPGA minor league event, it's over and Weiwei Zhang finished T-36, 15 shots back, which earned her ¥126,000 (about $1,119 USD). I think the LPGA Shop-Rite/Acer is a LONG way off. ************ In the big leagues, Nasa was in the lead early in her round, but fell back. I don't think we'll have a three-peat. RANK PLAYER SCORE TODAY 1R 2R 3R TOTAL 1 Teresa Lu -9 -7 70 65 135 2 Min-Young Lee -8 -4 68 68 136 3 Yumiko Yoshida -7 -4 69 68 137 4 Mi-Jeong Jeon -6 -3 69 69 138 5T Asako Fujimoto -5 -3 70 69 139 5T Sun-Ju Ahn -5 -1 68 71 139 7T Kotono Kozuma -3 -3 72 69 141 7T Ha-Neul Kim -3 -3 72 69 141 7T Kana Taneda -3 -2 71 70 141 7T Eri Okayama -3 -2 71 70 141 7T Nasa Hataoka -3 -1 70 71 141 7T Ayame Morii -3 0 69 72 141 She's probably too far back, but a first victory by Kotono Kozuma, who switched to the XXIO 10 driver this week, would be played up BIG over there. Kyoka Matsumori(Even) and Ayaka Matsumori(trunk slam) Smile Queen and Smile Candy(-1) Miyuki Takeuchi(MC) Nasa and Teresa Lu Mi Jeong Jeon and Ritsuko Ryu(-2)
