Lets not forget Mi Hyun Kim. Glad that Inbee mentioned her.

Nice bit of insight into the culture of recreational golf over there. The Se Ri story is nice but it is well established by now. I think it's eye-opening for Westerners to see how everyday golf is played in Korea. For example their on-course amenities are on a whole another level.

Yes....the Koreans are golf nuts...but what separates them is that Korean women are golf nuts too.......they'll also play in the lousy winter weather here too....white women....NO. The Korean women might not be club ho's but they like to spend lots of money on golf attire and not the cheap stuff neither...Hazzy, Le Coq, Louis Castel, etc are the Korean women's Scotty Cameron's.
Any Korean women who does not golf is a FAKE.
White Yank women have only themselves to blame that the LPGA is nothing but a SHAM in the US...they are 1/2 the population....but don't care about golf.
As I've said too many times...no one cares about women's golf. I attended the local USGA women's AM qualifier here yesterday...I spoke with quite a few parents, RO's and vols....not one of them watched the USWO....none know much about the LPGA.

A Se Ri article is a right of passage for golf scribes.
