They have 120 players, which is big by JLPGA standards, including 14 amateurs...and one of them Hye Jin Choi! Team Korea assumes a cyborg can't be worn out, even though she must be scheduled for a 36-hole USWO qualifier in Korea on Monday. Cyborg(left) was -3 thru 11 holes, but bogeyed and doubled the next two holes. She is grouped with Bo Mee Lee(right) and Misuzu Narita. Jae Eun Chung and Ai Miyazato Kotone Hori has The Beatles look today and Chae Young Yoon.

Go get 'em Ha Neul Kim! Hye Jin Choi finished at +1, T66th. She has some work to do! Do you think Eun Jeong Seong will do better in Korea this week than Choi in Japan?

I don't get why Ai Miyazato is calling it quits. You are supposed to work until you drop dead. Then you know it's time to retire.

What happened to Hye Jin Choi? I'm not seeing her on the leaderboard; she was 20th after round 2...

Think the Amateurs only played 2 rounds. She'll get her trophy tomorrow I think... Sorry, I don't think that's right. Four amateurs continued into the third round. A translation from the JLPGA scoreboard has this for Cyborg: "Abstain before 3r start, personal reasons". Maybe it finally sunk in with her handlers that she has to play 36 holes on Monday in Korea. Or, the plan was to play Thursday and Friday in Japan only, regardless of the cut line. The streaming link I posted worked and I assume it will be good for Round Four on Sunday at 3 AM EST. If Ha Neul doesn't win, I hope Kontone Hori wins. One of the players Japan needs to become a star. But they don't seem to have a problem with Koreans winning either.
