The field size will be 111 (104 pros and 7 ams). The pro list is TBD, but six of the ams have already been invited:
Andrea Lee Hannah O'Sullivan Albane Valenzuela Junior Katelyn Dambaugh Paphangkorn Tavatanakit (aka Patty T.)
The seventh am spot will go to Cyborg, assuming she obliterates everyone at the ANA Junior Inspiration this coming weekend.

Does anyone have insight on the Pete Dye Challenge course at Mission Hills CC? With Dye's name on it, there must be a few landmines. The juniors will play 36 holes there on Saturday...I can't see any player more prepared for this meat grinder via talent and experience than Hye Jin Choi. I wouldn't be surprised if most of her competition were wiped out by the start of the 18 holes on the Dinah course on Sunday. But, if Cyborg drops the ball, I'd like to see Lucy Li win, who is also amazing to watch.

I have never played golf there but it looks like most Pete Dye courses I've seen. Artificial mounds, railroad ties, deep bunkers, etc. I'm sure they can make it as tough as they want. It would be a shame if Hye Jin Choi doesn't make it.

Speaking of amateurs. Hannah O'Sullivan needs to go to summer school in order to get into Duke. There are some more classis she has to take. Because she was home schooled the last two years of high school. She took mostly correspondence courses.

Lucy Li leads by 2 shots after her 35th hole; she's at -3.
Lucy is only 14 (14 years and less than 6 months); what she's done already in her life is like a fairy tale.

Cyborg flew a long way just to watch Junior miss the cut next week. Two frauds.

How the **** is Lucy Li ranked 1117 n WAGR....and Muni @ 45? ? I think Lucy lives P/T in Fla with an aunt...I think she might also attend an academy. I think Lucy is still small...hopefully her aunt drives her weekly to Mannika's juice factory. I hope Jenny Money & Xi Yu Lin play practice rds with Lucy and Shanshan treats Lucy and family to dinner all week. If they don't pair Shanshan, Lucy and Stacy on Thurs/Fri....then the ANA organizers are IDIOTS. I hope Shanshan and Lucy share some ice cream drumsticks during play and both shame and laugh at Ms. Pouty Face.
