thecactustour.com/They've planning 29 events this year, although I count many TBAs and blank spaces on the schedule. After five tournaments, Kyung Kim, who I saw at an early round of the 2012 WAPL @ Neshanic Valley GC (which she won), is on top of the heap with two wins and one 2nd in three starts (70.33 scoring avg.). She has over $6K in earnings...not bad since it costs the pros at least $560 for the weekly entry fee. The next event will be the locale of Mannika's 59, Moon Valley CC (Feb. 27 - Mar. 1). Hannah O'Sullivan(A) will make her first start...the low am gets a $100 gift card at Golf 4 Her. Maddie Sheils will make her second start...I assume Larry the Looper won't be there, as his presence would eat up any profits she could make on this tour. Also, Angel Yin will be slumming playing this one. K. Kim's two wins:

Phil you beat me to it. I was going to start a post on Kyung Kim. However I plan to post her progress as she moves to the Symetra Tour. Will maybe get out to see a couple more Cactus Tournaments, as well as the Symetra tournament at Long Bow.

I played with Taylor's younger sis, Michelle, and her friend a couple of years ago at Redwoods......her parents watched all 18 holes...no goofing off even in a casual rd...I tell you...THOSE KOREANS...lol.
Look at the scores of the bottom feeders...they have no business playing in a competitive event...are there no pitch & putts in Phoenix?...lol.

thecactustour.com/2017results/event06/Stroke.htmlKK did it again and won. Hannah gagged it with a 73 today....at this rate she may not even make the travel squad at Duke...never mind mentally what all this is doing for her confidence. Golf is tough.

Kyung Kim minus 9 for her third tour win Watched her for nine holes and she looked great. I assume there are no ropes? I assume...outside of Moon Valley members...there might have only been 10-15 random fans coming to watch?

I know it's only the Cactus Tour, but it's somewhat impressive for her to win three times. I'll have to keep an eye on her progress over the next few years!

The bottom Am's at these events should be embarrassed....I guess they don't read the memo that the tour suggests a cap no higher than 6...but the tour wants the money....so anyone can play.
Jisoo Park is going to be exiled to N. Korea.

Brittany Benvenuto won with -2 Annie Park second -1 The only two players to finish under par. Some of the better players skipped this tournament.
Highest score +66. Really, really bad for three rounds.

Highest score +66. Really, really bad for three rounds. Klassovity (a), Caiti also shot +62 in the last event...in 6 rds her lowest score is 89. She practices and plays 5-6 times a week....obviously she's a VANITY CAP 9.....LMAO...with those scores....I'd say a 18-19 cap. Could you imagine being a competitor playing along side....WTF.
