The Terminator will destroy Nelly and all others in the ROY race. Nelly should befriend Dumbo and discuss their poor marketing images to coincide with their logo-less visors. How many points will Sung Hyun destroy Nelly by? How much do you want to bet; you big mouth? A little sensitive aren't we...lmao. 500 points. If Terminator wins by more than 500....you can't post on ss.com from Jan-Feb 2018...otherwise under 500....I'm can't post....I'm sure a lot of members here...will want the under to succeed.

At the 2012 US women's Am he picked Ariya....I chose the Kiwi. The bet was to not post for 1 month...but Elf asked if he could still participate in the weekly contest...I said OK. He was mad he lost the bet...I told him if he wanted to continue to post he could do so...as I really couldn't care one way or another...but he didn't post for a month. Many here know Elf...I wonder what happened to him....he's Mexican and maybe caught up in a holding area in THE WALL.

I finally saw the end of the event. Gotta luv the arrogance of the Terminator...she basically ignored her fangirls walking off the 18th hole.

A hall-of-fame performance from Inbee. She shows no fear when putting.
Sung Hyun Park will have no trouble winning rookie of the year.

No, you can't pose if you lose; a deal is a deal. Don't worry...I won't weasel out...just giving an an example of a bet I had with Elf. Talkin about Dumbo's...the REAL Dumbo won in Mexico...Justin Thomas was making the Smiling Buddha look good early on.....then gag choked. Great galleries for people who love REAL golf....and a great course. Loved seeing all the balls hit into the trees and into the galleries...great to see a lot of kids in the galleries.

The only way Nelly can qualify for ANA Inspiration is that she ranks in the top 20 of 2017 Official Money list after Carlsbad.
She currently ranks No. 27 with $58,792; she needs to get to $120,000.
A solo top 5 or two top 10 in her next 2 tournaments is a prerequisite.

Mexico was the best non-major golf tournament on tv in years. Overrated Doral is ancient history.

If WinB would show any emotion after a great shot she might be watchable. What's the opposite of entertaining? Do they calculate strokes gained anything on the LPGA? She gained a lot of strokes on the green yesterday. I love watching the queen. Maybe she is not excessively, outwardly emotional but there is a definite feeling there. She is no robot. When I watch her particularly on the greens I am struck by the imperiousness. She putts with an intensity and sense of purpose that is unmatched. When the putt doesn't fall I can sense the fury. I doubt that anyone is as angered by a missed putt as Inbee, and I believe the placid exterior masquerades a wicked, calculating not to mention vengeful golf-mind. Inbee is not just great, she is jaw dropping. There were times yesterday watching this round where I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. I think the commentators felt the same way. And I saw more than a few Mona Lisa smiles creep onto her face. She is a legend and I feel lucky every time I get to see another performance like this. So what if she doesn't dance like Beyoncé; she's too busy sculpting like Michelangelo.

Let the Good Times Roll!!!
Congratulations to Inbee Park on yet another incredible achievement in her legendary career. OK, to set the scene: this is her second event back after a six month rest. She is facing the #1 and #2 players in the world, a player who won just a few weeks ago, and a super rookie with a powerful game. The course is set up to benefit power players, which she is not. The entire day, Ariya Jutanugarn is breathing down her neck, waiting for her to make a crucial mistake. None of that mattered. With the cool precision of a surgeon at work, she flattened the field with one amazing putt after another. By the fifth or sixth one I was literally dropping out of my chair. The coup-de-grace came on 17, with Ariya stuffing her approach while Inbee was about 35 feet away. Was there even the slightest doubt that Inbee was going to make that birdie? I didn't have any. And make it she did. Pow! Game over. When she retires, forget about putting her putter in the World Golf Hall of Fame. It belongs in the Louvre. I know her nicknames are 'Winbee' or the 'Silent Assassin' or 'Queen Bee', but when I watch her go to work like she did on Sunday, I think 'Steamroller' would be more appropriate. She only: hit all but one fairway all week; on Sunday, hit 17 of 18 greens in regulation; and made 9 birdies to set the new course record of 64. 7 of her 9 birdies were 20+ feet in length. This is the gal who is rusty and not ready for primetime? Hoo boy! The best part came during her interview. She commented that one thing that was strange was that when she was last actively contending, the cast of top players was notably different. She said something like, 'they were winning all these trophies while I wasn't playing.' She probably meant she wasn't that familiar with them because she wasn't competing at the time, but it came across, at least a little, like she meant 'they were winning those trophies only because I wasn't playing'. Cocky Inbee is awesome. (interestingly, much was made last year of the fact that the average winner's age on tour was less than 23 years old. This year, all four winners have been over that age. I'm betting the average in 2017 will be considerably higher when all is said and done). The second big story this week was Sung Hyun Park. I think anyone who still thinks Park is not the overwhelming favorite to win Rookie of the Year after watching how well she played against the toughest field of the year needs to think again! She was great, and I think will add tons to the excitement level on tour this year. Much credit also to So Yeon Ryu and Ha Na Jang. Both had terrible starts to their weeks, and both rallied for top tens. So Yeon shot a final round 66 to keep her momentum going. Kudos also to Mirim Lee and Chella Choi. Out of the top 11 on the leaderboard, 6 were from Korea, one was Korean American, and one was a Korean from New Zealand. Another unreal performance from the Sisters. Congrats again to the Steamroller! Inbee Hwaiting!

Hey Lydia, how are those PXG's working out? New clubs + new swing coach = 0 wins in 2017! Even par in the final round. Lydia after 4 tournaments in 2016 with old clubs and old coach = 0 wins.
