Come on Happy...REAL Koreans really don't get into Xmas....you helping your wife make kimchi for Sunday? In 2013....I remember playing golf with a Korean lady shortly after Xmas...her hands were orange...I asked why....she spent 1/2 day making kimchi. I'm confused.....how could you forget LUGGATEGATE from your list....Best Korean CONFRONTATION Nice articles...doesn't your wife or daughter get mad at you doing stuff/spending time for ss.com? EDIT....ok....ok....a lot of Koreans are Christians...so they do believe in Xmas....so many get 2 hours off on Sunday at all the robot factories and screen golf joints.  Actually...most Asians don't get too amp'd up for Xmas.....go to any golf courses here that are open or some closed but people sneak on....and it's basically all Asians except for the odd white folk. |

Yup...Happy puts in a lot of work
But he should be directing his efforts to build a robot factory for his Korean daughter and her friends.....at a minimum buy a Golfzon franchise for his daughter....isn't that the Xmas wish list gift for any young Korean girl?
That way in 8 years...... we can fanboy Happy's daughter on the LPGA....but it would not last long cause Happy would find a way to get us locked away in the BINDER with 20 minutes.

Back when I wrote this a month ago, it wasn't so much of a thing, but I went back and edited some of the other ones to add late breaking news, so I probably should have thrown that one in, too (I just forgot to re-check that category!). I also thought of another: the way the Korean media treated Inbee Park pre-Olympics would have been a better Diss than the one I chose. That's the problem with this thing; it evolves a lot as I'm doing it. But you have to cut the cord at some point.  |

Players usually win more than one tournament the years they won Vare Trophy. For whatever reasons, In Gee just didn't do it on Sundays when it mattered.
Interestingly, In Gee won 2015 USWO when she surged on Sunday. She can it; she just needs to do it as a LPGA member.
