Soggy conditions have delayed the start of Round One by 2.5 hours...doesn't affect me since the TV coverage doesn't start until Round Two.

I've just noticed that I now know many more JLPGA players than KLPGA.
Time has changed.

I've just noticed that I now know many more JLPGA players than KLPGA. Time has changed. So do I. Mainly because the Japanese tour doesn't have too many players leave. Like the LPGA tour they have more known players join. However I am getting to know more players on the KLPGA tour.

They have 38 non-stop tournaments and are well attended. The Korean and Taiwanese stars provide the glamour. But their home grown talents, Kotone Hori, Ritsuko Rye, Ayaka Watanabe and Ai Suzuki are pretty good too. Unfortunately for them, Nasa Hataoka plans to join LPGA.

JLPGA keeps on humming after Round 1 rain delay.
Nasa got into contention with -2 for Round 1; Kotone withdrew after 15 holes.
