Thanks HappyFan. Dumbo Chun's face is bulletproof. Like Ingrid Bergman. Rare for a golfer.

Dumbo has a bit of baby fat...just like a baby elephant...hopefully she doesn't do a Nancy Lopez or Karen Magnussen when she gets old. Hopefully I'm not on 18majors IGNORE list.

Dumbo can't take a bad picture.
So she's still taking classes at Korea U?
Highly doubt she's actually on the baseball team, too.

Here's a video of In Gee at the game! The bit at the end is Olympic Rhythmic Gymnast Seon Yeon Je attending a basketball game. (it looks like this might be a big sports weekend match up between Yonsei and Korea Universities? The video has both a basketball and baseball clash between the two schools. Anyway, if so, I wonder if So Yeon (famously a Yonsei grad) and In Gee ever trash talk? )

Here is my question: How is it possible that seemingly all top ranked golfer from Korea be able to graduate from (top?) colleges while playing full time professionally ? eg Hyo Joo, Sei Young, So Yeon, and In Gee.
It is rarely done here in US. My future wife took 5 years and a reduced Pro schedule to finish at Stanford. Alison Lee is the other one that I know of who is attempting it. And both are not "top ranked" during the time.
I understand that there is much less traveling in the KLPGA tour. But my guess is they must be doing it thru some kind of correspondence/bullsxxxx route (Just like what Lydia is doing). And if so, what's the point? College is not just about the letter grade and certificate, it is very much about the college life too.
Do colleges provide special "accommodations" for professional athletes, just like those football factory school here in US, where players may not able to spell their own name after they "graduate" ?
And is it a stigma for a young pro in Korea to not go to college?

I think In Gee and So Yeon, when they were living in Korea, managed to attend class during the week while playing events on the weekend. They were there in person. One of the issues So Yeon wrestled with when she won the US Women's Open was knowing she would have to do her final year of college mostly remotely. But I think that is what she in fact did do. In Gee I think was all but done by the time she started her rookie year this season; according to an article I read, she had a few papers/tests to do, but most of her course work was done by the end of 2015.
