The white Terminator should be able to take care of business over the weekend. Tough to find fault in that.

USA getting dusted in all these international events is great. As much as I'd like to see In Gee or whoever win gold having the US Women come through after the men fail could be great for women's golf in the states. I mean it would be fun to see the media get whipped up about it for once. Like Wiezy winning the Open. Can't believe I'm saying this. Yanks have continually demonstrated they don't care for women's golf. Yanks aren't winning .......so why expect otherwise for a FAKE medal.....the gold medal is not solid gold....lol. You don't think Bob Costas will have Lexi Stacy and Gerina on the couch for a prime time chat? Stacy can be an American Hero and say what all the other athletes have been thinking but scared to say.

So far I'm not feeling a lot of (primetime) love for the women golfers.
I've seen maybe half a dozen mentions of the golf tournament this week on the main NBC broadcast, and not once have they mentioned the women. It's always about the PGA dudes. I'm sure Golf Channel will do a better job, but if the event is ghettoized over on Golf Channel, that's not going to help the women one lick in this country.
Of course, the thing the LPGA should get over is the notion that the LPGA has to be super successful in the States. If the Olympics causes it to gain more fans internationally, that's still a big win.
Also, does anyone find it weird that they seem to have completely stopped doing those puff pieces about the Olympic host city? They couldn't get enough of showing Mary Carillo milking yaks or whatever during the Sochi Olympics. I don't even recall seeing a street level shot of Rio; all the shots of the city seem to be from the air.
At the Barcelona Olympics, every second hour they seemed to have a story about the Ramblas (the party street in that city). Yeah, I'm old, I remember Barcelona.

Lexi, Gerina and Stacy are off the hook. They can play as poorly as possible and thanks to the soccer team it won't matter. I wonder if they will remain cocky after today's colossal collapse?

Haha poor In Gee. This is all coming down to the USA golfers finishing 1,2,3 in the Olympics and saving women's non-swimming sports. Until Stacy is in a divot, Lexi misses a 3 footer and Gerina starts missing greens by a mile like she did in Solheim which gave Europe a putt at a win.

The US needs to normalize relations with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea so Hope Solo can be sent there to live out the remainder of her pitiful life.

Hope and Abby will be the main attractions at the ANA foot-golf tournament next year. I wish my poor old Ford Fusion qualified me to be part of the Uber team. I could make a fortune driving those two around the Coachella Valley.

Round Three just started...only two guys tee off in the first group because Wen Tang-Lin of Taiwan (77-77-154 DFL) decided to stop growing the game, due to "illness". ********** deadspin.com/tag/patrick-reedThe above link has a nice example from Round Two of "growing the game" in Rio...keep it classy, Patrick. Team USA did better on Friday, but they've been a collective joke...making Jordan and DJ look good. Bubba has a diaper rash from not having his regular caddy, Kooch wishes his teammates could bail him out, and, per Internet chatter, Rickie is worn out from his off-course activities.

Seems like a deeper field than the men. Something about having the games best from smaller countries and then KOR and USA stacking it w/ 7. I could be wrong, just eyeballing it.

Park has forgotten more about golf than the rest of the players will ever know. It's a shame Hollywood doesn't get to write the ending.

There are 3 majors in ladies golf. Inbee has won 5 and Kang has won 2.
