My favorite Korean YouTube foodies are back...and this time they are trying TV dinners. I actually feel kind of bad. American BBQ and American pizza, trying those is one thing, but let's not get other countries hooked on our poor tv dinner eating habits! LOL!

CHIMAEK TIME! I admit I am not a drinker. I've probably imbibed of alcoholic beverages less than 10 times in my life. I haven't had a beer in years. However, I am willing to try Chimaek, fried chicken + maekju (korean for "beer"). I'm quite impressed with the variety of Korean flavors for fried chicken. Anyway, I've posted a lot of "Koreans try...", so how about one where English people try Chimaek? Enjoy! Thanks for these tubes. I like the "Koreans Try" (mainly for that hottie who always sits in the middle) but I got hooked on the Korean Englishman stuff. Tried me some chimaek the other day and it is indeed an above average to excellent combo. Korean wings are probably the best beer-drinking food I've ever had and I could give a long list of specific reasons. When you have these things together, each one really makes you want to consume more of the other.

In this video, the good people at Digital Soju had North Korean refugees try American BBQ. What I found most interesting were the discussions about North Korea. Meat is a scarce commodity for regular people, with only small amounts eaten on special occassions like Kim Jong-Il or Kim Il-Sung's birthday. People could be killed for slaughtering and eating a cow. When they could eat meat, they didn't have the same aversion to the type of meat that we do. Anyway, names have been changed to protect those with family still in North Korea.

I honestly don't know what qualifies as "authentic Italian cuisine" so I will have to take word of the people that made this video. But my favorite Korean ladies who try food from around the world are back! I'd like to try the carbonara and lasagna made in this style to see how it differs from Americanized Italian food.
