This one runs March 7 thru 10 for a field of 108 ... top-50 plus ties make the cut. This is the first of two straight pit stops by Minami Katsu before returning to the LPGA. But, the big news will be the presence of Su Ji Kim ... who picked up a T-10 at last year's Salonpas bloodbath ... hoping this is the first of many foreign forays this year and #@&% any potential KLPGA punishment payments.

The tentative cut line is Even and Su Ji Kim is on it.
Kana Nagai (-2)
Mi Jeon Jeong (-3)
Rumi Yoshiba (-2), another Lancaster alum I'd like to see again this year. Hadn't noticed the Honma glove before ... they still make a urethane ball, but I don't know if she is using it.
SW Bae (+3)

Kotone Hori is in decent shape at minus one. Yui Kawamoto as usual is just outside the cut line. Hoping she can lady up and have a great second round.

Well Kotone Hori plus one just made the cut.
I thought that Yui Kawamoto at plus two needed to make birdie at eighteen to make the cut. But instead of a clutch birdie she made an unclutched bogey. However the cut moved to plus two, so she would have made it with a par maybe. I honestly think that she is going to start playing better if she gets in more Tournaments.

A wire-to-wire snooze so far ... I doubt tomorrow's replay will be worth watching, but I'll stay in blackout mode, just in case.

I turned on this stream while the LPGA was running ... not much new had happened as Suzuki still had a 4-shot lead with four or five holes left.
