18 Majors picked some good prospects lately with NASA and Nelly. We’ll have to find some calls that didn’t go as well to even things out.

The stream is showing Kia coverage uninterrupted by the geezers playoff. My plan was to watch the coverage on TV while working on my work laptop. So for an hour and 15 minutes, The Golf Channel was switching between The Old Farts and LPGA commercials (I wonder what the latter sponsors thought of that). Whatever you think of the crew for LPGA tournaments, at least there's no one named Cookie. Sutherland should retire from golf. Nasa is just getting started. Convincing victory in spite of double-bogeying the long par 3 16th. Oh, bogeying the short par 4.

Great win for Nasa she played great the last five holes. Except for sixteen where she got unlucky with her tee shot. But should have made par.
Everybody with minus fifteen raise your hand. To me it looked like number eighteen were slower than the other greens. One thing for sure it was tougher than the other holes.
Another great tournament for Jin Young Ko. It's time for her to have a good tournament at the ANA.
Jeongeun had a nice round four birdies no bogeys. Everything were great except the thirty two putts. Which will change after she become more familiar with the greens.
Kudos: Hyo Joo Kim for rocketing up the Leaderboard with a minus ten.
Great tournament for all the other second place finishers. Pretty good tournament for the top ten finishers as well
I am afraid Inbee needs to have a round like yesterday. To compete with all these young talented golfers. Her "B" game will not do it.

Round 4
I have a feeling this will go down as one of the more frustrating results for the Sisters this year. So many of them played well, so many had a chance to win, but each time, they made the crucial mistake that prevented them from making a move. Still, what a leaderboard: three Sisters (+ Danielle Kang) tied for second, three more tied for 7th, a great day for Jeong Eun Lee 6 and In Gee, and a fantastic round from Hyo Joo. They did everything except win.
I had a feeling Inbee might be able to channel her A Game today, but alas it was one of those rounds where nothing went right for her. Still, she has shown that she is ready to contend and maybe win next week. Looking forward to what she might do! If she takes the dive next Sunday I will quickly forget about today!
Sung Hyun again had some struggles, made a huge run towards the end, then came up just short. MJ Hur followed up her 62 with a respectable 69 for a top ten. Chella managed a great little 67 to also notch a 7th place.
Hyo Joo Kim is back. Watch out for this woman this year, she's ready to kick some butt and take names. Today she matched MJ's 62, including an eagle on the drivable 16th. We are finally seeing the superstar that dominated the KLPGA in 2014.
Jin Young provided her own thrills. After narrowly missing an eagle on 16, she dunked it on 17 for an eagle. One of the most joyous moments of the year, even if in the end it only gave her yet another top three.
We didn't see Jeong Eun Lee 6 at all, but she shot a nice 68 to get yet another top 20. She is on the cusp of starting a massive run of greatness, but whether that will start next week or a month or two from now is not yet clear. But how's this: 17/18 greens, 266 yards driving. If she starts putting a little better, watch out!
Kudos also to IK for a top 20 and In Gee for a 67. If she can keep collecting strong rounds like this, she can start to make a long awaited comeback.
Congrats to the Sisters, and good luck next week! Hwaiting!
PS - whoever at Golf Channel decided to follow that endless Champions Tour debacle needs to get demoted. Man, that was some weak sauce. They cut from another lame shot by some old duffer to Jin Young Ko jumping up and down in the fairway. Oh, look, she holed out for eagle! Too bad we missed it. Then just as she's about to chip on 18, they cut back to some terrible putting by the geezers. Then back again, where it took me a minute to realize her tap in was for bogey, not par. Sigh.

Jin Young Ko is now atop the tour money list (and Player of the Year standings). How about that? Think they'll bother to mention her in the Golf Channel preview program for the ANA?
Even more amazing: MJ Hur leads the league in scoring average at 68.25. Jin Young is third at 68.6, Sung Hyun 4th at 68.75.
JE Lee 6 is back on top in the Rookie race. She has 178 points, while Charlotte Thomas has 152 points. No one else is above 100.

I haven't paid much attention to the AON risk reward. If number sixteen was the hole at the KIA. To me it was a Reward, Reward hole. Where was the risk on a 233 yard par four.

And even with that mistake, she was lying two right next to the green and should probably have gotten it up and down.

'Gotta agree that the 16th isn't much of a risk reward. The par 5 8th is a much better hole with the water in front of the green. It's short enough to be reachable, but the watery grave is looming large.
However, a par on 16 is still as bad as a bogie on other holes, as the scoring average is fairly close to 3 I have to imagine.
