Sei Young's ChoiceI take a little issue with this stereotype of the Koreans as having to be unemotional by culture. When the KLPGA creates a montage of great moments from their tournaments, are they more likely to show Jeong Eun Lee or Ji Hyun Oh jumping for joy after holing out, or a shot of them politely bowing and being unemotional? Yeah, you know the answer. They obviously think that the emotion will sell the tour. I think there may be pressure to try not to be 'in your face' to your opponent, but that doesn't translate to blank expressions and no joy. And it might even be a generational thing, with younger players and fans embracing more animated reactions (those kids these days!)?
