There is a Q-School for the KLPGA tour, too. The final qualifier is taking place right now, from 11/20 to 11/23. If I understand correctly, it looks like top 40 get KLPGA membership, with conditional membership happening for those worse than that (they will probably end up in one of the feeder tours).
Interestingly, there were a handful of foreign players in the earlier rounds, including Florentyna Parker, an LET mainstay (I don't think she advanced to the finals). I have not been able to find a leaderboard, but I saw an article, which had the following tidbits:
After three rounds, amateur star Ayean Cho (18 years old) has stormed to a three shot lead at 12 under. You may recall that she won the Women's World Championship singles crown earlier this season. In second place is Hee Jong Im.
Q Baek and Bo Kyung Kim are in the field, but had weak third rounds and have fallen to 46th and 47th place. They are in danger of not making the big tour. Seul Ah Yoon is at 4 under and still in the mix for a card in 8th place; barring an epic collapse, she should make a card for 2019. Jin Joo Hong fell out of the top 20 after three rounds but is still in the hunt.
One more day! I hope I can find the final standings, and if so, I will post them here (or whatever else I can find about the results). It would be very exciting to have Ayean Cho as a rookie next year (I expect she'll make it).

She immediately declared her goal next year is Rookie of the Year. Odds-on favorite I think! Yu Jin Seong, who finished fourth, is one of three qualifiers born in the 2000s. Holy crap! Several Dream Tour stars advanced, including Ga Young Lee and Hyun Kyung Park. Seul Ah Yoon kept her card, finishing 10th. So did Q Baek, who rallied to a 34th place finish. Whew! But Jin Joo Hong will not have a KLPGA card next season. Chinese golfer Sui Xiang just missed out on a KLPGA membership but did earn Dream Tour membership if she wants it.

Go Xiang Sui, take Dream Tour by a storm!
I'm sure Yealimi Noh will play some Dream Tour events; both can keep each company.

OK! Kyu Jung Baek got another chance. She needs to go to a warm climate and work on her weaknesses. See if she can get back to the form that earned her "Rookie of The Year".

Ayean Cho will be in action in just a few weeks. The KLPGA 2019 season starts early in December in Vietnam. We'll have a chance to see how ready she is for the big time!

Could either the appearance or non-appearance of Lucky 6 at this early Dec event be a harbinger for the decision we're all awaiting from Lucky 6? I know from reading that her parents want her to come over, and we all know she loves her parents and wants to see them well cared for but her decision is still in doubt. . . https://www.instagram.com/p/BqZdkShFMoL A couple of other newbies to the tour. . . https://www.instagram.com/p/BqhQpUWFwZX https://www.instagram.com/p/BqhNEf6l_Sx

The second one is new!
