Former world #1 Novak Djokovic (r) congratulates Hyeon Chung for his round of 16 win at the Australian Open Monday in Melbourne The latest sporting craze to hit South Korea comes from the sport of tennis, where the country hasn't been known to excel in the past. Hyeon Chung, unseeded in the first Grand Slam of 2018 and 58th in the world rankings, moved past three seeded players in the draw, including former world #1 Novak Djokovic, enroute to becoming the first Asian since 1932 to reach the semifinals in Melbourne. Standing in his way Friday night local time is defending champion and world #2 Roger Federer.www.nytimes.com/2018/01/24/sports/tennis/hyeon-chung-australian-open.htmlKevin

Having lived in the Toronto area for over 3 decades....watching all kinds of sports (time wise) on the Left (ugh) coast has its benefits. This is on at 1230am tonight....assuming I can stay up.
The Korean will be nervous and tight....I expect Federer's experience will prevail.
