This is a free monthly online golf magazine in Japan (there’s a print version, too). They have over four years of back issues here:
buzzgolf.tachiyomikun.com/public/
For me, they can be viewed better with Microsoft Edge than Mozilla. I can’t read Japanese, but the pictures are nice.
While there are male golfers in some of the articles (Jan. 2018 issue has the original Godzilla, Jumbo Ozaki), I see only women on the covers. I did some digging came up with this cover list:

If you think the choices they made are a little odd, I agree. It’s hard to believe Bo Mee Lee hasn’t been on a cover in over four years! Young Kim has the same number of covers as Sky Kim! Meanwhile, Asako Fujimoto (a good but not great player) had a cover in July and November of 2017.
I think I figured out the process. If a golf brand makes a BIG ad buy for a particular month, one of its staffers will be on the cover. Fujimoto is with PRGR … the first eight pages of the July issue cover PRGR one way or another…. and PRGR got the first eight pages for November. The Feb. 2016 cover is a bigger example … it had rookie Shoko Sasaki and she hadn’t done anything at that time, but her brand (Maruman) got the first 12 pages.
