That's a nice picture of In Gee! It's an open question how In Gee's rookie year will pan out. She could spend her time biting the odds and ends, or she could set the world on fire immediately. My guess is that she will do well, that her inner mental strength will carry her, against all odds.

I don't see Dumbo lighting the LPGA on fire in 2016....maybe only one win. I think we'll see a bit of a replay from 2015...but Lewis will win.
I think come 2017.....Winbee will fade a bit as I think getting pregnant might be a priority for she and hubby.

You also predicted that most of the Korean Rookies would not finish in the top eighty on the money list. Also that Sei Young would not benefit from the course setups on the LPGA. How did those work out for you. The overall length, of the course is not a factor, that favors the longer hitters. It's the shortened par fives with no penalty for spraying the ball that is a big advantage. Sixteen par fives, with more than halve of them less than five hundred yards. Favors them unless they are terrible putters.

How did those work out for you. SYF: Where did I say I made the above two comments? 1) I never recall saying that most 2015 Korean rookies would not finish in the top 80 in 2015 earnings. I knew little of Bada*s and The Hulk at the beginning of 2015.....so if I was to make such a comment....I would have done some research....and found that 4 of the 8.....2015 Korean rookies.... were already within the top 40 RR rankings....as of Jan 5/2014.....HJK, Q Baek, The Hulk & Bada*s were 7, 11, 21 & 39 in RR's. 2) I also don't recall saying that Bada*s wouldn't benefit from LPGA course set-ups. So please demonstrate when I said the above. As two frequent poster....I would appreciate if Phil or Happyfan can demonstrate that I had said these comments.....I sure many here would love to see the Smiling Buddha eat crow....BTW....if I was to eat crow...I like my proteins done medium rare. I will happy admit I'm wrong if demonstrated. Otherwise I think SYF will be eating some crow.....saying things that I have never posted. Happy New Year everyone!!!! FWIW.....1/2 of the 2015 Korean rookies did finish outside the top 80 in 2015 earnings....sadly....The Mini Rocket was one of the unfortunate 4.

She'll be similar to Hyo Joo - good season, a victory, some top finishes, but not a world beating, Top 10 Every Major type season. It's hard to move to the LPGA Tour and make an immediate impact. I think we've been spoiled with the likes of Sei Young. Look for more of a bounce back from Hyo Joo, rather than a huge In Gee season. One of two things will happen for Lewis. She'll either get back to her winning ways and challenge Ko and Park, or she'll start to fade as Lexi takes over as the top American. I don't know which way I side. She certainly has tons of talent, but eventually, all those close calls catch up with you. We'll see. As far as Inbee's family planning....I'm not sure. She's never really spoken about a desire to have kids before. Some people who are ultra competitive put that stuff off until they're done with their careers. I mean, she married her swing coach. She's even keeping the golf game in house. She may have no interest in having kids.

I don't think Queen Bee is the "early" mother type ala Lorena. My feeling is if she indeed wants it, she gonna drag it out as long as she can, ala Annika.
If anything, having her throne taken by the wonder kid must has given her new energy. Not to mention a potential new challenger in the American bomber.

Interesting peek into Queen Bee's mind during last year's Women's British open. As the clubhouse leader, she was waiting in a room, watching TV and see whether Jin Young Ko could catch her. And there was only one other person in the room with her, her caddie, not her husband. Not until the win became official did she came out of the room and gave the husband a hug. On the men's tour, u can see it is always the wife or gf who shares those nail biting moments with the player.

I think Trump found out WinBee employed a Mexican landscaper for her home in Vegas...he was insulted and wouldn't allow Winbee into the locker room or clubhouse to watch the proceeding in style vs. slumped over a 19" computer monitor. Fourwaymiss...you are too funny...while most LPGA fanboys have some hot or cute LPGA pro as an avatar...you have the GREAT Tom Abbott....many people just can't appreciate Abbott's brilliance...who else would say the crap he says during coverage. You do know that Abbott is a PrettyBoy. I spoke with him for 15 minutes at the CP CWO...never once did he give me any indication of..."OK Smiling Buddha.... buzz off now.... can't you see I'm busy on my smartphone" He's definitely a metrosexual....sitting in his golf cart in the shade with his legs crossed, shoes polished. immaculately pressed fine wool sweater (WTF...we were in a heat wave) and smelling of cologne like he was going to pay a visit to a brothel....lol.

Abbott might be my favorite thing about LPGA broadcasts right now. He needs encouragement to babble on more. Abbot, Judy and Gannon area a great trio. Sorenstam doesn't do it for me, I guess she's OK tho.

Mannika use to be my favorite pro when she was playing...now in retirement.....she is so obnoxious.....it was painful listening to her in the KPMG broadcast. I can't stand Stupples....she's motor mouth...she won't quite talking.

Annika is the one that got me interested in the LPGA -1995 US Women's Open, and she was my favorite player till she retired. But I agree, she just doesn't have it as an announcer. (Although she's definitely better than Nancy Lopez was.). Karen Stupples could talk a little less, but she does have some interesting things to add. Judy Rankin is the best, and she and Tom Abbott and Terry Gannon. play off each other well.

Back to In Gee:
Somebody was wondering if In Gee was sponsored by Nike. I saw an article today that said that, not only is In Gee paid to wear Nike shoes, this coming season, so will Sung Hyun Park, Jung Min Lee, Min Sun Kim and Yoon Ji Cho, the other top players on the 2015 KLPGA money list.

I wear Nike shoes and play Nike 20xi balls. The shoes are great because they spread, which make them comfortable. From what I see from my playing partners, also has low handicaps. My Nike balls performs as well as their Titleist and some cases better. But I use Ping irons and Taylor Driver and woods.

Hi Guys, am a new member here but long time reader & fan of the seoulsisters website. I have an In Gee related question. Is In Gee, Hyo-joo & Ha-Na contracted to play 11 events on the KLPGA this season & are any or all of them committed to play on the JLPGA in 2016? I feel if In Gee is only planning to play LPGA she may have a chance at the money list.
