I'll be out of town on Sunday for the Big Bang concert in Newark, so I need to start this thread early.
After the Presidents Cup's first ever appearance in Asia the golfing spotlight moves to the other side of Incheon and the ladies this week. Korea is GMT+9/EDT+13/PDT+16 so your Top 12 and up to three alternates needs to be in place no later than Wednesday 14 October at 2330GMT/7:30pmEDT/4:30pmPDT. Your final field is at this link. Good luck!

I was able to watch the opening round live and thus I have the scores up early for a change. As I have to work the next four evenings let's see if I can keep up.
Given that this week's event is in Korea most of us are used to having to distinguish among the Chois, Kims, Lees and Parks, but a couple of us forgot that there were also two Kos as well, bringing their first alternates into play. Remember folks, given name as well as surname please to avoid all doubt.
Just two of you had their selection darts land on Sung Hyun Park, who is the runaway leader after round one. With the Ko ambiguity that leaves Inbee as this week's only unanimous selection of our seventeen contestants, with only one player passing on Shanshan Feng (T4 in round 1). Dumbo joins Lydia with fifteen selections, but neither they nor Inbee factor in the scoring today. The rest of this week's nominees:With three of the T4's as well as being the only one to select Hull baggerbob holds a commanding lead after eighteen holes.Kevin

Apologies for the omission yesterday. The post has been edited.
Fifteen of our seventeen PakPickers had either "Lydia Ko" or "Ko, Lydia" on their cards, while the other two wish they had (for the record Jin Young Ko, who two other PakPickers actually did select, is currently T25). Baggerbob's fortunes took a nosedive along with Charley Hull's, as he's now tied with centurion for DFL. Assuming his former perch at the top is last week's co-winner olamin, alone in having five scoring selections. The Verdant one just missed out on a place in the top three despite also having Sung Hyun Park, who couldn't quite back up her Thursday 62 but is still very much in it.Kevin

Dumbo popped into the Table briefly on moving day, giving most players some hope. The leader stayed the same, however, and if anything even lengthened his advantage as he alone had six scoring selections, including both co-leaders as well as Lexi and Yani.PAKPICKER TABLE OF POINTS
Position. Player (# of PakPickers who selected her)
1. Lydia Ko (15) -- Sung Hyun Park (2) 3. Lexi Thompson (9) -- Mirim Lee 5. Yoon-Ji Cho -- Moriya Jutanugarn 7. Yani Tseng (8) 8. Shanshan Feng (16) -- Suzann Pettersen (1) 10. Gerina Piller --- Pernilla Lindberg 12. In Gee Chun (15) ---Mi Hyang Lee (2) --- Han Sol Ji

Saint-Just X 26.75 (4) --- shung 26.75 (4) 16. baggerbob 25.00 (3) 17. centurion 15.75 (2) In Gee disappeared but Amy Yang came out of nowhere to shake things up. A handful also had Bam Bam to make their numbers a little more impressive, none so more than this week's winner olamin, who goes back to back to become the latest to retire a virtual trophy. It wasn't wire to wire of course but a 14.50 point margin is mighty impressive thanks to seven scoring selections, and a killer combination at that: Lexi, Yani, SH Park, Lydia, Amy, Shanshan and Bam Bam.
Baggerbob had a larger lead on day one but after that took a mighty tumble, jockeying with centurion for who would avoid the basement. Five contestants, including your humbled scorer, had just three selections apiece but poor baggerbob claims the spoon this week. No, not the big one Lexi got for winning the tournament, but a tiny one that looks absolutely pitiful.PAKPICKER TABLE OF POINTS
