They have a great Japanese bookstore in the International District here in Seattle (that's the name for Chinatown, since it's mostly Vietnamese these days). Anyway, they have a huge rack of magazines there, and I sometimes leaf through the golf mags. They probably have half a dozen of them there, and the women are always featured prominently, on covers and inside.
I wish they had a Korean bookstore like that, but all the Korean bookstores in town focus on Christian stuff rather than pop culture...
On the left side are the monthly blog groupings...then you can narrow down on a particular day by clicking a date on the calendar. I've checked several dates in Nov. 2014 looking for anything on Mi Hyang's Mizuno win, but found nothing so far.
A lot of cool stuff is here if you can ignore this person's obsession with his weight and food!
To get to the Bo Mee articles, go to the above link, and click on the left arrow that appears when you hover over the swing photo (I couldn't figure out how to directly link to it alas). Two clicks will get you to the article, then keep clicking to see the rest. The cover is about 10 or 11 clicks on the right arrow from the swing sequence.
It's odd that Le Coq Golf/Korea has two fantastic models playing outside of Korea. As for inside the country, well, Min Sun Kim 5 doesn't have a "wow" factor. I'm sure they'd love to have Shin Ae Ahn back, but I don't see that happening. As long as she's playing well, TMAG will never let her go.
Speaking of Sharon, she was guest of honor last weekend at Haeundae Beach Golf & Resort (her sponsor) in Busan, which will be the locale of the 2015 ADT CAPS Championship in November.
Hitting driver at #18 at Haeundae Beach...I hope she has "local knowledge" to fall back on next month...her swing looks dynamite these days.
She recently declared her TM 9.5 Aeroburner as her favorite club, but she might switch to the M1 (below) in the near future.
