RANK PLAYER SCORE TODAY 1R 2R 3R TOTAL 1 Bo-Mee Lee -6 -3 69 69 138 2T Lala Anai -5 -5 72 67 139 2T Ayaka Watanabe -5 -2 69 70 139 2T Mi-Jeong Jeon -5 -2 69 70 139 5T Yumiko Yoshida -3 -5 74 67 141 5T Erina Hara -3 0 69 72 141 7T Ji-Hee Lee -2 0 70 72 142 7T Kotono Kozuma -2 -4 74 68 142 9T Maiko Wakabayashi -1 +1 70 73 143 9T Sun-Ju Ahn -1 +1 70 73 143 9T Mami Fukuda -1 -2 73 70 143 9T Akane Iijima -1 -1 72 71 143 9T Soo-Yun Kang -1 0 71 72 143 Only one blemish on BML's card today, a bogey on #18...she pushed her drive right and ended up in a FW bunker...hit a hybrid into a greenside bunker...had a long bunker shot and left it well-short of the hole...two-putted. Otherwise, she was just dyn-o-mite! That swing...what fabulous tempo and rhythm...her chipping and putting are completely anti-yip...and she's a babe to boot! There are ten open spots at Evian...will she skip that Major, too?! I think I figured it out: Japan is gaga over her...the border patrol won't let her leave the country. An interesting coincidence: Japan and Korea are playing their own Majors the same week as the Evian. A double exposure

BML's swing is world class. Judging by the galleries, are you sure that isn't Rancho Mirage?

Too bad the KLPGA and JLPGA Majors are the same week as the Evian. Would love to see the top players on both tours, at the Evian. Especially Bo-Mee. She would probably win and turn down the card.

Don't blame me...blame fanofseri.....he made a comment about a 'fake' Korean....SayuSeri took offense and bailed. I think fanofseri is a great guy who is so freakin funny....definitely a guy I'd want to play golf with followed by many libations....I'd score poorly cause he'd have me laughing my a*s off

RANK PLAYER SCORE TOTAL 1R 2R 3R PRIZE 優勝 Bo-Mee Lee -7 209 69 69 71 ¥14,400,000 2 Ayaka Watanabe -5 211 69 70 72 ¥7,040,000 3 Lala Anai -4 212 72 67 73 ¥5,600,000 4T Mayu Hattori -2 214 72 72 70 ¥4,000,000 4T Mami Fukuda -2 214 73 70 71 ¥4,000,000 4T Ji-Hee Lee -2 214 70 72 72 ¥4,000,000 7T Misuzu Narita -1 215 69 75 71 ¥2,400,000 7T Yuko Fukuda -1 215 74 70 71 ¥2,400,000 7T Mi-Jeong Jeon -1 215 69 70 76 ¥2,400,000 10 Kotono Kozuma 0 216 74 68 74 ¥1,600,000 The SBS Golf broadcast started with BML trailing Watanabe by three shots with six holes left to play. Then Lee threw a switch and it was over...reached the par-5 13th in two shots and two putted...stuffed it close for a kick-in birdie at the par-4 14th...made a long right-to-left curler for birdie at the par-4 15th. Meanwhile, Watanabe was a little crooked with the driver and could not save pars at #15 and #16. It was Bo Mee's third win this year and eleventh on the JLPGA tour. Her money total of 136.7M Yen is closing fast on Sakura Yokomine's 2009 record of 175.0M Yen and there are 13 tournaments remaining on the schedule. Are these sake barrels? Ayaka Watanabe and Erika Kikuchi(+8)

Congratulation to Bo-Mee for the tournament win. I would sure like to see her play a few tournaments here. I do not think joining the LPGA will happen anytime soon. She may get bored and try something new later.

I'm calling it now - Bo Mee Lee is going to win the Mizuno Classic. Then she will have a decision to make. I think she goes the route of Teresa Lu and decides to stay in Japan, but who knows.

She almost won it a few years ago, but Lewis made a huge run and came from behind to beat her; Bo Mee finished second I believe. I think we've had several instances of players winning the Mizuno and not taking a tour card. I think Bo Bae Song did it once upon a time. Didn't Theresa Lu, too? Too lazy to check... What I'm saying is, the JLPGA golfers don't seem to be in a hurry to leave Japan to play on the LPGA, even if they have a card in hand.
