A Yean Cho had another good day minus four, and Min Ji Park minus three again.
Hopefully Min Ji gets paired with Hee Jeong Lim like the old days except it won't be at the top.
More than likely they won't make the broadcast because both hasn't been making a lot of birdies.
Also, a great minus six by Su Ji Kim and bad news Min Byeol is plus one through eight.

Fabulous moving day round for Ina Yoon. The highlight came on the par 5 11th, on which she hit her second to 12 feet and drained the eagle. She became the only player to reach that green in the first two days. 9 under par 63, and now only one shot out of the lead. Also great day for Uhjin Seo which started with a holeout for eagle on the 10th hole. She got to 11 under. And Min Byeol made birdie on the last to get to 8 under. There are a LOT of great players within four of the lead, including Yewon Lee, who had a double after hitting into a bunker on the 16th then not getting it out of there on her first try. Still, she's 7 under, just four back. Hwaiting!  |

I can not remain silent any longer.
Yoon Ina's fans are out of control.
They insulted another golfer before, calling a player fat and ugly.
They insulted Yewon and Hyun-kyung looks and play today.
Hyun-kyung's father confronted Ina's fans on the 18th hole.
Yewon's mother is furious.
Ina is toxic.
Violence may be next.
She curses routinely. She has no golf etiquette.
The KLPGA should take action. If Ina can't control her rude fans, she should be punished again.
This is another reason why the players are angry at the KLPGA for letting Ina back early.
Ina might not have a single friend on tour and with her fanbase being rotten, the players surely can't wait to get rid of Ina.
The sooner Ina is gone the better. The LPGA can have her.

What about all the horrible Ina anti-fans that post nonsense on every video of hers? I guess you think the KLPGA should punish Yewon for that? Ridiculous. Don't worry, dude, Yewon will pick herself up and start winning again. Perhaps even tomorrow. Yewon should stop letting Ina get into her head and use it to fuel her determination. |

Maybe you haven't been to a KLPGA event. There is no security anywhere like that. None. Zilch. Golf has etiquette and manners. How many of you knew what Hyun-kyung's father did yesterday? Did SBS tell you? Were you there? Did Ina's fanclub brag about it? This forum doesn't know what is happening on the ground here. Humanity has a history. Fight might breakout. With no security anywhere to be seen, how do you propose to prevent fights and enforce good golf etiquette? Only rude and immature Ina fans are causing problems in the gallery. In 2021, Hyun-kyung fans never told Minji how ugly she was. Who walked in the gallery telling Hana how fat and unattractive she is? No one. It's rude and inappropriate. It doesn't become suddenly appropriate to call golfers ugly and fat because it's 2024 and Ina is your favorite player. |

Are Ina fans loud and boisterous? Yes, but my goodness, so are Hyun Kyung fans (and several other players).
I highly doubt that Ina would want anyone, fans or otherwise, to insult her fellow players. These are grown men and it is up to them and the KLPGA to manage the situation if this is in fact happening.
What I see in Ina is a woman who is going out of her way to try to interface with her fellow players and is often treated coldly by them. Yet she doesn't complain or sic her father on them, she just keeps on trying. When Ga Young beat her in that playoff a few weeks ago and broke down, Ina went up to her and hugged her, trying to console her, even though Ina was herself disappointed by her own loss.
And that's on top of the fact that she gave all the money she earned in 2023 to charity, and some of the money this year as well.
I see no reason whatsoever not to be a proud fan of hers. She has undergone a situation no other Korean golfer has ever faced and done it with extreme class. She will never escape the shadow of this stupid incident. She has more than paid the price for the rather small thing she did and will keep paying it forever. She's not Pete Rose fixing baseball games for crying out loud.

Hay hold on where did this come from that Min Ji Park is ugly.
Please hate Ina Yoon all you want but please leave the wonderful, sweet, gracious Min Ji Park out of it.
She is far from being ugly, she just doesn't on every occasion try to draw attention to herself.
Same with Hee Jeong Lim and Min Byeol Kim.
Although Ina Yoon isn't one of my top favorites, I haven't seen at any time where she disrespects others.

I will keep repeating, why do the golfers line up short right to left short putts outside the hole.
They miss too many of them, and waste a really good approach.
You Min Hwang makes a lot of long putts.
She did the same the first round.
