Yeah, it was frustrating to watch. Jae Hee couldn't seem to put two good holes in a row. Well, tomorrow is another day and all the pressure will be on Je Young Lee to close the deal. There will be a great opportunity here for those a few shots back. Keep an eye on Min Sol Kim.

Nice round by Min Ji Park minus five to tie for tenth place. She didn't get the career money list, but sure to get it next week no hurry.

Congratulations to Ji Young Park for her come from behind win.
A shout out to Min Sol Kim for her solo second place.
I didn't see the broadcast because I was watching the JLPGA broadcast.

For a long time the result for this one was up in the air. Hyun Kyung had a shot; so did Jae Hee Kim. Min Sol Kim was brilliant, nearly jarring an ace on one hole. But in the end Ji Young Park was just too tough. Min Sol will have to wait another day for her first win, but her tie for second (and the second best score of the day behind Park) was still a fantastic result, and her career best.

I don't understand the schedule for these Korean amateurs.
We have access to the Dream and Jump Tour schedules.
How are they getting into these events?
The main reason I'm posting this is because there seems to be 3 or 4 amateurs appearing over and over again in these events. What are the other amateurs doing?

Kris Kim can wear his CJ drip yet Minsol Kim can't wear her Doosan apparel - both are amateurs - I guess different rules for different tours / countries what have you. In America you can profit off your NIL (name, image, likeness) but still forfeit any prize money - but I forgot the KLPGA is run like a Soviet dictatorship re how they treated Ina - so likely some BS reason to preserve the goodwill of athletic competition or some nonsense.

The KLPGA treats Amateurs like they should be treated. So call Amateurs in the US are a joke. If you break the rules in Korea you are punished like you should be punished. They don't bend the Rules like they do in the US because you are popular.

I never said that Ina should have had no punishment. But essentially ending her career over one infraction is insane. Thankfully it seems like she wasn't too badly damaged after a year and a half, but it's still to be seen whether she will ever get back to the path she was on.
Min Sol should seriously consider turning pro now. What more is to be gained as an an amateur?
