Su Ji Kim lipped out a bogey putt from less than a foot. She took it for granted. Youch!

Hee Jeong Lim five shot lead disappeared in six holes. These young golfers need to understand that if you have a big lead, pars are big. That mean the golfers behind you have to make birdies to catch you. Which means you don't go after pins tucked right behind bunkers.
I bet Inbee Park could make a lot of money if she wanted to teach course Management

It's tough Hee Jeong but hang in there, she was tentative on the last two legit birdie putts. Thanks to Min Byeol Kim three putt she is leading Here you take it no you take it

Min Byeol Kim chunked two wedge shots and hit the bunker shot in for par. Hee Jeong Lim and So Mi had short birdie putts and she tied So Mi Lee, but Hee Jeong avoided being tied and made hers. Min Byeol is sleeping walking through a round again

Man, Min Byeol is really struggling right now. She has lost all her gains and is one over... She can still win this, but she needs to dig deep and get it done. Hwaiting! [EDIT]: Ask and you receive! On the 13th she was screwing up again, dumped her second into rough, third into the greenside bunker, then holed out for par (!). Finally some good luck! Time to rally kid!

I almost said that Hee Jeong had righted the ship and then she drove into the hazard. She has an outside chance to make par because its a par five
No wonder the golfers want to go to the LPGA, they can play easier courses and still make more money.

This is an odd course. It doesn't seem super hard and the wind wasn't blowing, but it's the kind of course that really punishes you if you make mistakes. It's got weird patches of super tough rough, or creeks wending through the course you don't notice until you hit offline (as Lim found out on one hole). And it's harder than it looks to make birdies even if your ball is close.
It wasn't a really terrible day for Min Byeol Kim; she's probably out of the picture for the win, but a top ten is still very doable, even a top five. Youmin Hwang quietly had a far worse day, plunging from the top ten to t-35th. But Min Sun Kim 7, her fellow rookie, actually shot in the 60s and is just two back. It's one thing if Hwang and Bang have wins and MB Kim doesn't, but if Seven -- who is clearly a far less accomplished player so far -- also gets a win, that will be a tough pill to swallow. Yes, Min Byeol could earn the ROY without getting a win, but I'll always feel it's an asterisk if she does it without a win when two or even three of her rivals did get wins. So I hope she can figure it out before the end of the season.
It was sad to watch her slog around the course on the back nine. One thing I love about her is that confidence and big smile she usually has, but she looked like a whipped puppy today, slouching and unsmiling. It's definitely a learning process being out there, so as long as she learns and comes back ready to go next time it's all good. But I hope she doesn't beat herself up too much; she'll have trouble enough with what's on the courses without making things harder for herself!
Hwaiting!

Boy, if there's one thing Min Byeol needs to do, it's work on her short putting. It doesn't even look like her technique is bad; she just has lapses in concentration at the wrong time.
She was 3 under for the day and headed for a top five, then missed a short par save on 17, then three putted from five feet on 18 to fall out of the top ten. Still a decent week for her, but she needlessly cost herself thousands of won.
I'm a So Mi fan so I hope she can hold off Im, one of my least favorite players on tour. It's coming down to the last hole...

Yikes! So Mi just hit her second on the par 5 17 way left. There's a mound over there past the cart path, and she's on the other side of that somewhere. Who knows if she has any shot at all. The only positive is that it was her second shot and she is more or less green high, just way over.
Well, that was impressive. She was on the other side of the cart path on the next hole and had to thread it through low hanging trees. She smashed it against the top of the mound, it bounced up in the air, over the other cart path and onto the green, where it rolled all the way off the other side. She won't be making birdie, but at least she has a good chance for par.
Im just birdied 18, so it probably won't matter.
Yup, bogey for So Mi, so congrats to Im. What a super frustrating end to an otherwise pretty fun week.
Calling it now: Min Byeol is not going to win an event this year. Her putting is just too deadly to her chances. I think she can fix it, but not in the next month.

Congratulation to Jin Hee Im for her come from behind win.
Great Tournament by Hee Jeong Lim with a solo second place. She just couldn't make a birdie early to stay in the Lead. However, she stuck in there and made birdies on three of the last five holes.
