Just noticed that Ga Young Lee was plus three . She and Yewon Lee are unperforming right now. Hopefully they will figure things out soon.
Mighty Mite Seung Yeon Lee had three bogeys one birdie front nine. She had a two birdie no bogey back nine which was a positive. Not a great round but she is starting to play like her Rookie year.

The one thing that's been a drag about the KLPGA recently is that there are too many events where one player (and not always a big name) gets a lead and just can't be caught no matter what anyone does. It felt like Song had this one in the bag all day, like there wasn't even a chance she'd make a mistake to give anyone else a chance. Same last week with Im. Ditto Korea Women's Open, although at least there Lim was a star player.
I'm sure we'll have some more close ones at some point...

Ji Hyun Oh is getting closer to her top form; she had the best score on the final day at the Korea Women's Open, had a runner up here. But then she had a real stinkeroo last week where she struggled to a 9 on one par five before dropping out (if shot link was to be believed, she was near the green in two, took THREE shots to get on the green (was she in a bad lie?), then four putted from four feet (!!!)). So, it's hard to get a bead on how top level she is right now, but signs are mostly good.
Hopefully she'll get a win soon; there's always the Samdasoo, which seems like her fave event.

A golfer can play a great first or second round and hang on.

This just happens sometimes.
