Jin Young still is #1 and in fact increased her lead thanks to her top ten at the Evian. Hyo Joo lost a spot despite her third place finish at the Evian.

Not much happened on the LPGA this week. Maguire gained one spot, which is what Hye Jin gained in her last two Major top fives. Not sure why doing well at an event with so few stars gains you anything, but whatever.
On the KLPGA, So Mi is back in the top 50: +4 to 49. Hyun Kyung +8 to 65. Ina -1 to 72, Yewon -1 to 73.
So, when does Ina have to declare LPGA Q-School entry so she can avoid the first round? She's still inside the top 75, but since they won't let her play, that won't last long. I feel like she should give the KLPGA the rest of the month to act, then just go ahead and announce she's leaving Korea if they don't act by then...

So, when does Ina have to declare LPGA Q-School entry so she can avoid the first round?
All she has to do is submit her application into the Q-Series by October 11 and plunk down $5,500.
******
Where's the LUV for Litterbug Lee? Jumped 28 spots to #92.
MHL inched up 10 spots to #269.
Sharon dropped 20 spots to #1533 ... she has until 12 noon PST today to register for Stage One. ... IF she applied for Stage One.

Thanks, but specifically I was wondering about her ranking. She is in the top 75 FOR NOW, but she isn't going to be playing any time soon and so her ranking will drop. If she falls out of the top 75 before October, is she screwed?

She could drop to #750 and it wouldn't matter ... she was in the top-75 on August 8 and that's what counts for going straight to Q-series.
Meanwhile, Ina Yoon needs to snap out of it start looking elsewhere ... I can't believe she couldn't score a couple of invites to the JLPGA in the near term ... the locals would go ga-ga over her ... btw, Japan's q-school process has already started. What is her useless management company up to?

According to an article I read Ina Yoon or her Managers have decided to not play the rest of the year. Really not sure how true it is, maybe just speculations.
