Shi Hyun Ahn being interviewed by Yonhap News. She has started a new organization called WLPGA, which organizes golfing events, sponsors players, and makes golf videos. Nice to see she has found something interesting to do now that she has retired from the KLPGA. WLPGA is behind a Beat the Champions event that features former KLPGA stars taking on local amateur champs for charity. Ha Neul Kim and Yoon Kyung Heo are among the retired stars taking part. They also mention Char Young Kim, which is the first mention I've seen of her as possibly retired.  |

When I drop by the 2022 Curtis Cup in about six weeks, I'll be checking out The Great McGinty. She's the highest-ranked GB&I player on WAGR (#11) ... PLUS, she had the best record for GB&I in the 2021 Curtis Cup at 3-1-1 ... PLUS, there is some "golf bum" in her, since she quit on two U.S. colleges (so far) ... PLUS, she brings some nice visuals to the golf course.
