I don't get the absolute isolation. Those birds in the background are fake. How many more years will Mollie let Singapore suppress all fun?

In Gee is in constant pain. She laughed it off in her interview.

Round 2 This was the round of the year so far for the Koreans, with some really great stuff from several big stars. Jin Young's round was not scintillating for a lot of it, but she hung in there, made pars (no bogies today) and had a couple of great irons and some nice mid-length putts, and wound up with a tidy 67 and co-lead. She only hit 13 greens today, but offset that with just 26 putts. Today she said her wrist is feeling "fine" and she did a good amount of practice pre-round. Good luck on the weekend! Amy loves playing in Asia. All of her four LPGA wins have been in Asia. She has never won at HSBC, though; but if she can keep this up, that might change. In Gee is suffering from neck spasms, and had to go to physio after yesterday's round. You wouldn't know it; she was great today. Too bad she landed in the bunker on the last; she just missed the 10 foot par save. But a 68 is still special, and she's just two back! Inbee's putter was off today; on the front nine she missed at least three fairly short putts. But she still had some nice stuff, including a great par save from 50 yards on the last. A Lim couldn't buy a putt, but wasn't in much trouble today, and is just two back heading into the weekend. Lee6 has been hanging around; she even briefly climbed onto the leaderboard. She's 4 back right now. Shout out to Su Oh and especially Yealimi Noh, who followed her terrible 75 with a remarkable 64 to move into the top ten. She finished her day eagle-birdie, which certainly helped. Sisters hwaiting!! So Yeon Ryu Jin Young Ko

Great clean round by Jin Young Ko. Her greens in regulation wasn't her usual standard, however she putted great.
Kudos, to Amy Yang for a great round, seven birdies two bogeys.
Different day same score for Jeongeun Lee6, four birdies two bogeys.
A Lim Kim had another clean score card with two birdies. She got her first birdie after nineteen straight pars, starting with back nine round one.
So Yeon had another ok round, two birdies one bogey. She probably tweaked her swing doing the off season, so it will take a little time.
In Gee Chun is getting closer and closer to moving toward the top. Another great round, but left some birdie putts short.
Yealimi Noh had to kind of round that she is capable of. She is very talented, just needs to be more consistent.

Glad she's in contention but very grating to hear every single "A-Lim Kim". I know she herself has approved of that pronunciation but I am tired of everyone capitulating to westerners and their aversion to the soft-A syllable. Go eat some more pass-ta you backwoods morons. That said I do appreciate the enthusiasm of these commentators, it is far preferable to the bitter, sullen, lifeless TGC crew.

It’s all down hill from here in 2022. This turned into a major.

Round 3 What a leaderboard! Not just 4 Sisters at the top, but 3 who have been looking for a win for a long time... and the unbelievable star of the show, Jin Young Ko. What can I say about In Gee? I haven't seen her play a round this good in years, probably since her win in Korea in 2018. Everything worked: she played to her strengths; always seemed to land her ball where it would do the most good; and putted like a dream. So many highlights: a near chip-in for eagle; played the one tricky par 3 perfectly; and when she had long putts, like on 17, she left herself a no-hassle par. She has the titanic task of facing down Jin Young toe-to-toe tomorrow, but as long as she plays like this and keeps that smile on her face, it should be unforgettable. Speaking of long waits for a win, amazingly, Six hasn't won since 2019. But like Dumbo, she was sparkling today. The highlight for her was the chip-in for eagle on 13 that got her to 10 under. But before the broadcast, she made herself a contender with her opening salvo of six birdies and a bogey in the first seven holes. She also finished with one of the few birdies on 18 to shoot a 65. Great great great!!! https://www.instagram.com/p/CatVHlDA9au Jin Young, by contrast, was not playing all that great. For a bit, she was the only player on the leaderboard only at par for the day. But she hung in there, scrounged a few nice putts for birdie, just missed the eagle at 13, and walked away with her 14th straight round in the 60s - again! She has the chance for history again on Sunday. Last time she was in this spot, she just missed out; will she rectify that tomorrow? Let's not forget Amy, who was in the lead much of the day and survived a shaky back nine to stay within three. She also hasn't won for a few years. This is by no means a guaranteed win for the Koreans, but I'm going to be a wreck tomorrow cheering them on to the title and the podium. Yeah, it'll be nerve wracking, and I'll LOVE IT! Final group tomorrow: Jin Young! In Gee! Sixxxxx! Korea HWAITING!!!! In Gee Jin Young Jeongeun
