Na Yeon is still a hugely popular player over in Korea, even as her star has faded somewhat. Her win continues to be the top trending story on the internet site I visit (Bo Mee Lee and Hyo Joo Kim are in the top ten, too; not sure why Hyo Joo is, though). Na Yeon has moved to 13th in the world rankings, which makes her #5 among the Koreans, three behind #4 Sei Young Kim. She might make it back onto the Olympic team yet!  |

Then NYC sank that shot on 16 and this event came alive! It was eerie and weird to see how quickly the crowd quieted down after that holeout. It's called Yank racism.  There were still plenty of people on the 17th when NYC hit her shot....a pretty quiet recognition on an amazing shot by NYC on the "loudest hole in women's golf" I can almost guarantee if it was Azahara stuffing a shot like NYC's shot....there would not have been that deafening silence. I can also say that if NYC hit a shot like that at the upcoming CP CWO here in Vancouver it would not go unrecognized......more a deafening cheer. But I read a few years ago there were rumors that the Koreans were ruining the LPGA.....anyone else hear this rumor?....lol. I was at Chambers Bay for the USO....speaking with a Merican spectator......then our convo turns to the LPGA. The guys says...."Ya....and 1/2 of the them can't speak English".....I guess he figured I was Chinese and not Korean.....lol. |

Ya....I was sent to spend some time in the penitentiary with Jonesscott and my release date I believe....is just before the start of the USWO I think they didn't like a knee high pic I posted in the fashion folder.  The WRX moderation is so severe....many really good members have quit because of it. I haven't seen DavePelz4 posting.....I think WRX sent him to the other wing of the penitentiary.....lol. Many members have been contemplating quitting. Argonne69 got suspended for asking a mod a question...WTF. Yet it's perfectly fine that WRX mods/owners can start and develop an annual "Hot Babe Voting contest" at the PGA merchandise show and other questionable threads I'm not sure if I'll return to WRX....or maybe only return to post in the equipment and travel threads. You are fairly new...the mods have stopped the fun we use to have in LPGA folder. |

So you miss my Pouty Face & other Yank diva slams???....I know Pzero doesn't miss them.....lol.
The moderation on WRX is overzealous.....we use to have a lot of fun.....exchanging lots of banter...now they have the stupid 2015 LPGA folder guidelines....WTF.
Seriously...for example...they deleted the nickname folder that Argonne69 managed well....69 was fed-up...but got pulled back into The Dark Side.
Another guy who got fed-up was the guy who managed the MOOSE award folder...another great guy gone.
And how about the guy from California....who could PhotoShop some really funny and creative stuff and pics...he quit too.
Too many good guys gone...it's lame.

And don't even consider using Sky, Sharon or The Rocket as your avatar....I have a monopoly/copyrights to them....lol
Oh ya...besides you...I'm probably the only other guy who likes Tom Abbott...why?...cause Abbott will say stupid stuff which is a breath of fresh air to sometimes...... very mundane LPGA broadcasts.

This is probably too hardcore for me for the moment. You got all the tours going on here. If LPGA is the dark side, then this is definitely the black hole. But I will go ahead and reserve myself a spot here. Tom Abbott is a loose cannon, and I love him for that in a telecast. But mainly because I live vicariously through him. To be able to hang out all the ladies on tour week in and week out, to me, that is truly living the dream... |
