Here's a pic of Hee Young's Yonex bag. I followed her for 9 holes at the Volvik. 'Looks like a Honma iron in there.
Thanks ... one receives super service on this forum! I knew I wasn't going senile regarding Yonex, but what's with a Honma iron in there?! Oh, and The Rocket was fooling around with Srixon the month before. You would think Yonex would give her a few test clubs with the bag! Well, maybe she already tried the Yonex stuff and didn't like it, who knows. I wonder why she was experimenting so much in 2017 ... look at her money and stats from 2016, she was SOLID all the way around ... did Mizuno dump her afterward?!
********
A name popped into my head tonight, Inky, aka The Semi-Retiree. Where the hell is she? She's not in the fields for the two upcoming Asian events and she's not even signed up for JTBC/Aviara. The link to her IG from the LPGA website is no good, but I still found her anyway ... practicing two weeks ago, location unknown.

Not sure what was going on in 2017. I assume her contract with Mizuno expired, and she didn't renew, and/or was renegotiating the deal. By 2018 she was back with them. I saw her at the 2018 KPMG at Kemper Lakes, and she had her old Mizuno staff bag. As for IK, I think her playing days are dwindling. She had a rough season last year. She only played in 9 events, the first being the Kia in March. She missed 3 cuts, and her best finish was 26T, and her average finish was around 56th.

JTBC Magazine has an interview (in Korean) with Jin Young Ko:
Also, here's one with KLPGA Rookie and 2021 Dream Tour Champ Ina Yoon.
Stay tuned til the end for some cute bloopers.
One part I did understand: her heroes are Lee6 and Jiyai Shin.

Mone Inami on the double-decker range this past weekend. She's been like a tank the last two years and that was with a sore back for part of last year ... now she has a new trainer that solved THAT problem ... YIKES! ... and no Furue to compete against in 2022, double YIKES!

Unlike almost all Bridgestone staffers over there who wear the 'B', she does not use their clubs, just the ball (Tour B XS). Last year, her bag was a mix of Callaway, Srixon, TaylorMade and Titleist. She used the Cally Mavrik driver last year, but plans to test TM's Stealth driver.
... and now a diabetic sugar rush for the club 'hos out there ... customized Epon sticks ... there's nothing on Epon's Japan website that looks like them ... as of late 2021, she was gaming TM P-770 irons.
