I checked and double-checked my various pick lists. I came real close to beating the Rolex computer, which had 17 of 45 players eliminated. My list had 18 eliminations and the random list had 26 eliminations. My gamble to go all in on the top-10 Stage 2 players was a flop as five of ten were eliminated in Q Series. I know I can beat the computer next year.
Really surprised Duncan and Gillman gagged with 76s on Sunday. Southpaw Gamecock Katelyn Dambaugh folded up like a $3 suitcase with a 76 on Sunday. AVD is a head-scratcher ... what she can do to a golf ball is ill, but it added up to jack squat when it really counted.
I checked the best golf site in China that I know (https://golf.sina.com.cn) and it has NO pics of Weiwei Zhang at Q-Series last week. As I've said many times, China is phony golf country.
I blew it NOT picking the Hou sisters (Rolex computer did not pick them)

Looks like looper Mike Scott has a long-term gig for 2022 and perhaps beyond...
This looks like a Symetra Tour scoreboard, similar to what I saw Raven's Claw in 2018 ... it shows only the top seven or eight names.

Arizona's golf team now looks as impressive as the Chicago Bears' secondary. The Hou sisters will be far more successful than the Wongluekiets as long as they don't become Koreans for marketing purposes.

This is for lovely Ann Van Nam & beautiful Lindy Duncan. President Lyndon B. Johnson was asked how he endured the withering criticism during the Vietnam war. He said he took it like a mule in a hailstorm.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CIrgw6oFaTE Great to see Maddie Szeryk move up to thirty fifth place. I saw her get her first win when she turned pro on the Cactus Tour. She hasn't played that great on the Symetra Tour. Maybe she will step up with her chances on the big Tour. She still has that great smile and is the real Canadian Princess. Kidding

Nice! This guy managed to ignore the three Sisters in his list of players to watch next year, including the one who won Q-series! I guess success on the LET (or as an amateur) is a better predictor of success on the LPGA than success on the KLPGA? Players to watchJust a reminder that Hye Jin is a three-time KLPGA Player of the Year. The French woman has been a pro for 4 months and has 1 win, on the LET.

That's why your Forum is so important for people that follow the Korean and other Asian Golfers. The people that complain about so much focus here about Korean golfers. They would get ignored otherwise, Amy Rogers posted the same article, that ignored the Korean golfers as the ones to watch. Before I found this Forum, we had a hard time finding articles about the Korean Golfers. So a big thanks goes out to you for starting this Forum.

You got them here but fwiw I think these guys are pretty good. They cover the LPGA every week on their podcast and there's no tokenism. It will be the event of the week whenever it's the best event. Be Happy though, Happy. What you do is truly needed.

Thitikul is the only one they got right. Besides the two top Koreans, they ignored Furue and Shibuno. Personally, I think Furue is more poised to be a regular contender, but Shibuno's major win should get her notice with even the mildly informed. The bar for golf journalism is so low, the authors rarely even bother to Google basic stuff. On a side note, NCAA performance is a relatively poor predictor of success on LPGA. Time and time again they hype up the college players and then act shocked they don't dominate straight away. Lol, Annika didn't even do that, didn't win NCAA individual title either. The list of winners is seriously unimpressive. Success on virtually any minor tour is more meaningful.

Really the only people who care about Qschool were playing in the event.

Grant, Grant, Grant... Not you, too? linkHye Jin has more wins than Furue, more post season hardware, and a better finish at a Major ... and is ignored in the 'powerful' list, as was Na Rin An. They hyped Wie's missed cut on the PGA her entire life and they've already forgotten that Penguin came within a missed tee shot of winning the tour's biggest prize as a high schooler (4 years ago).

Even the former President of the United States knows how good the Penguin is.

Who is the lead "journalist" on The Fried Egg, Hank Haney?! Anyone can be way over a bar when it's set at three inches.
Your second sentence is close to the truth from a U.S.-based perspective. Except for Ben Harpring, was there any domestic media physically present in Alabama to cover the Q-series? I think the answer is NO ... Nichols posted a few articles, but she probably had her bedroom slippers on the whole time. Korea produced photos, Japan produced a TV feed and photos ... excluding Ben, U.S. media produced nada, zip and zilch. Gee whiz, I though somebody said, "This is OUR time."

Na Rin An is the 20th ranked Korean golfer in the world. It would be a bigger story if she didn’t qualify. And at 24, it’s just not that notable of a win outside of Seoulsisters. I don’t see anybody calling for multiple wins as a rookie or anything.
Anybody who wrote anything about Q School, like the Fried Egg, gets more credit than blame from me.
