My field rating for this tournament is 62.5% (up from 58% last year).
In a tournament like this field rating means very little. The reason why it isn't higher than what it is, is because the field is limited to just 60 players, which eliminates a good part of the players on the LPGA Priority List.
Make no mistake about it, all the top players are here.
The only players that qualified for this tournament and are not here are Inbee Park and Shanshan Feng.

I'm excited to read Sung Hyun is fostering a dog. I believe it is a Jindo. The pup looks a little worse for wear but I'm sure Daon & Ato will do their part to aid in its recovery.

I've said many times the players should be allowed to have their animals with them during tournaments. The fans would love it & Sung Hyun's debilitating nerves would be calmed. Ariya would have won the 2016 ANA by 5 shots if adorable Casper Jutanugarn had been at her side. |

Weak start for JYK but nothing she can't recover from. How about SYK and that back 9? +Lee6 in the lead. Looked dire at first for Korea but worked out ok! 🥳

Great rounds for Jeongeun Lee6 minus eight and Sei Young Kim minus seven.
They both had great back nines.
Jeongeun Lee6 had a clean back nine, five birdies with birdies on the last three holes.
Sei Young Kim with six birdies and one bogey back nine.
Great to see So Yeon Ryu minus six, on the first page of the Leaderboard.
She had good chances for birdies on the last two holes, but just missed them.
She also got shown on the Broadcast a lot which was a bonus.
Jin Young Ko didn't have a great round with five birdies and two bogeys.
The birdie on eighteen could jump start her to play great the last three rounds.
