I only watched the afternoon groups front nine. I guess Hee Jeong Lim didn't have much success putting on the back nine either. She will more than likely figure it out, because her ball striking is still above average.
Great to see Seung Yeon Lee at even par, in defense of her Title. She wont win but I hope she finally make a cut.
Another note I wonder if Da Na Kim has retired from the Tour. She placed fifty in the Dream Tour Qualifying Tournament. She jumped between the Dream Tour and the Main Tour last year. She didn't have much success in either one.

Su Yeon Jang was released from the Witness Protection Program. She had a five under par round today.
Now they need to release Hae Rym Kim.
Now I got to worry about Hee Jeong Lim making the cut. Because her putting hasn't got much better.

Well it looks like Hee Jeong Lim is not going to make the cut at plus three. She has an out side chance if the cut changes late like it did on the LPGA Tour. In a way it was her own fault for not understanding her situation. At least three times she hit maybe twenty foot birdie putts four or five feet past the hole. Of course she missed them and made an avoidable bogey. When you are struggling to make short putts you should lag better.
However she got unlucky on her birdie putts the last two holes. On hole seventeen it looked in and lipped out. On hole eighteen the putt stopped on the front lip.
Anyway even if she miss the cut or not she is still a great Golfer.

I am glad the wind picked up to affect the afternoon scoring. It enabled Hee Jeong Lim to make the cut on the number. So since she finished early, I hope she spent time on the putting green.
Nice to see Mighty Mite Seung Yeon Lee finally make a cut. I wonder what that was, which looked like a support on the back of her ankles. She sure has a lot of body movement before and during her swing.
A Yean Cho was sailing along at minus five through eleven holes. She made a nine on the par five twelfth hole followed by two bogeys. However she did finish with birdies on seventeen and eighteen.

Da Yeon Lee didn't have a terrible 2020, but she was a little off the form from 2019. She seems to be getting back into the swing of things. It will be interesting to see if Ha Na will close this time or will blow it like she did a couple of weeks ago against So Mi Lee. I think Da Yeon is a more formidable opponent than So Mi, so we'll see!
Ayean made a nice comeback and has a good shot at a top ten. I've decided to use the nickname 'Swing Girls' for the rookie class of 2019, as this was the name of the TV show that featured many of them last year. Anyhoo, Hyun Kyung and Ga Young also well placed, and Lim has made a nice comeback of her own the past two days.
Sisters hwaiting!

Good round of sixty eight by Hee Jeong Lim to get under par for the Tournament. Maybe she can get a top fifteen with another good round.
Nice to see Su Yeon Jang staying near the top. It's been a long time since she been in this position.
Makes me think of some of the other players that been on the Tour awhile. Ji Hyun Kim, Hae Rym Kim, Chae Yoon Park, Ji Hyun Oh, Jeong Min (Cecelia) Cho and Seung Hyun Lee. They were all in contention a lot before the 2018 Super Rookie Class showed up.

Bad start for Hee Jeong Lim, three bogeys on the first four holes. Hard to make birdies on this course so she has a tough day ahead of her.

Ouch! Ha Na Jang had a 1 shot lead over Min Ji Park on 18. She missed the green left, hit a chip about 3 yards short, then just missed the par saver. Playoff!

First playoff hole, Jang left herself a five foot tester, but managed the par save...

LOL... Jang's approach blew through the green and rolled right through the greenside Tire Arch, finishing just past it. GOOOOAL! I wonder if they will have to remove it to let her make the shot... In any event, that's a nice way to honor the sponsor! [UPDATE]: Nope, she had to chip through it; she was really close to the left side but it didn't interfere with her swing. Left her chip well short, though, and Min Ji made par and won.
