This will run Feb. 25-28 at Lake None Golf & CC. The LPGA website has "Tournament Entries" posted for this event, plus Ocala and Carlsbad, but they don't look accurate ... probably placeholders from last year's tournaments. Local qualifying will resume in 2021 ... max fields of 48 players for the first three qualifiers (no one has entered yet).

The entry includes Lucky 6 and Sung Hyun Park; who didn't arrive on the US shore until September 2020 or after.

Upon further consideration, they may be accurate after all ... but they look dumb. Kelly Tan is listed 115th in a field in a field of 120. So, the $223K she won in 2020 didn't do jack squat for her tour standing in 2021.

It looks like the 2021 priority list is still based on the 2019 money list; for instance, Lee6 is third, but she was nowhere near third on last year's money list.
The only exceptions are if you won an event. Hee Young Park is category 4 thanks to her Vic Open win last year, and Popov and A Lim are category 7.

Yes, the 2021 Priority List IS based on the 2019 money list. They have made that quite clear....its like 2020 did not exist, except for the players you mentioned above.

Interesting that Yani Tseng is in the field. Yani has a presence on social media but her golf game was last seen on the side of a milk carton. We'll see if they're reunited next month.Kevin

You think they’d get a quote from ol Don on Yani as a fan who’s still believing.

I guess someone dropped out because Haley Moore is back in the field at #120. The Monday qualifier has 48 spots filled with 46 other players designated as Reserves.
********
In other news, the Saudi sportswashing tour LET will hit New York for a three-day event, May 27-29 (Saturday finish). The LPGA tour is off that week, but I assume a few LPGA Euros will be slumming this one. The golf course has not been announced, but it's a safe bet that it will be in New York City area.

Mi Hyang Lee has been generous leaving her slot open for the taking, but has finally signed up to play Kia. If you haven't done already, I have seen a lot of Mi Hyang at jhon_physio_lpga Instagram post; a popular fitness trainer for many players including Yealimi Noh.

Who knows when Kelly Tan will get into a field this season.
Then again, last year she qualified for every single event after the Covid break -- including all 4 majors -- and earned nearly a quarter million dollars. That wouldn't have happened in a normal year with her status.
So her 2020 and 2021 seasons got flip-flopped. Things could be worse. In the meantime, she's staying in playing shape for whenever she gets the opportunity. And she gets to keep the quarter mil.

Don't worry, Kelly will play ANA Inspiration in April based on her 2020 Top-80 official money credential.
