THIRD ROUND RESULTS
14 X 14
What does 14x14 mean? It represents an unusual situation in our selections. Lead by Inbee there are 14 ladies T12 or better. All 14 ladies are in our selections, including most of our favorites (not counting Lydia, of course). Here is the list by current position, name and number of selections by contestants.
1 Inbee Park 19 2 Sei Young Kim 9 T3 Suzann Petterson 19 T3 Karrie Webb 3 T3 Brooke Henderson 2 6 Morgan Pressel 8 T7 Hyo Joo Kim 19 T7 Shanshan Feng 17 T7 Brittany Lincicome 3 T10 Stacy Lewis 17 T10 Anna Nordqvist 17 T10 Lexi Thompson 7 T10 Sakura Yokomine 1 T10 Julieta Granada 1
Two players one shot away from T10 or better:
T15 So Yeon Ryu (18 selections) T15 Cristie Kerr (14 selections)
The performance tomorrow by these two ladies could have a big impact in our final standings.
STANDINGS
cannliny looks very strong as her two other selections are Ryu and Kerr. An outstanding performance by Minjee Lee could have a big impact on standings. Good luck all

If a person admits they are late, why post? And why accept?

Tonyj5 - you didn't answer the questions, you only offered excuses. Rules are rules. If you can't get the post in on time, then it should be invalid.

If a person admits they are late, why post? And why accept? Good question. When I first saw cannuck`s post, it stated at the top of his post: 3 hours ago as printed by the system. So I calculated that the time of the post could have been made between 6.45 and 7:45 am. I gave cannuck the benefit of the doubt and I decided that by "oops im late" he meant that he posted near the 7:00 limit. I checked his selections and there was no indication that he used the early groups to make a selection. So I decided to wait until Friday when the system prints the exact hour of the post. It stated 6:45am without specifying the time zone. So that was no help. After a few more conjectures I decided that his time of posting was 7:45 EDT.The event started at 7:15 so the first group finished the first hole around 7.26 and posted at the LEADERBOARD around 7:40 am. So cannuck got the chance at most to see the results of two groups- In my opinion not enough to eliminate him.
The ideal system would be checking my PC at the designated starting time and close the selection process then. Unfortunately it is not always possible to do that.

And IMO totally unnecessary. After all, this is Fantasy Golf, and no big bucks riding on the outcome. It sounds like you did due diligence that no results impacted the picks. As someone who did it in the past, I really appreciate all your efforts in running the Pak Picker!

Elf - I hate writing this since she is my wife. But you keep giving Schoolteacher Cindy credit for one more pick than she has. I think you think she has Lincicome
Thanks tonyj5. First for your honesty and second for finding an error with my scores. To avoid errors I use two methods of determining the scores. So I knew I was missing a vote for Brittany Lang and had an extra for Karrie Webb. But while I had a feeling that the problem was with Schoolteacher Cindy, time this week has been limited, so I decided to wait until today to find where the error was and fixed it. No excuse, but I was to decline doing the scoring this week as I have been in and out of Hospitals.
The way I do the scoring permits up to 10% of errors in the first round, 5% of mÃnimum errors on the second day, and 0.01% of errors afterwards This week is kind of special but you can be sure there will be no errors in the final tabulations. (I hope, LOL). I have not even open the LPGA page today, so results will be late.

I think what put me over the top was switching Aussies at the last minute - Minjee Lee out, Karrie Webb in. Also stuck with the right Brittany L.

Her birdie at the 17th hole kept Stacy Lewis, So Yeon Ryu, Shanshan Feng, Minjee Lee and Sakura Yokomine from T12. A lot points went south with that birdie.

Thank you very much for answering my question, Elf. My apologies, I should have directed my questions to you Elf. Cannlinny's remark was totally unnecessary and I already replied to tonyj5.
