KLPGA: 2021 Qualifying Tournament (Final for the KLPGA card)

108 Players Top 17 from Q School
120 Players Top 28 from Q School
132 Players Top 39 From Q School

By the way, the KLPGA is BRUTAL. Eun Soo Jang was 64th on the money list this year, Bo Mi Kwak 60th, and both had to return to Q-School.

Looking farther down the list, among those who didn't finish in the top 60, and who I don't see in the Qualifying School finals, are
Char Young Kim (66) and Cecilia Cho (71). I wonder if past winners get an exemption?

Third round was canceled due to bad weather; this will now be a 54-hole event. Bad news for those who have ground to make up!

Interesting: Char Young Kim has announced that she was too exhausted to take part in Q-School this year and intends to take next year off. She doesn't at the time intend to retire, but the rumors are starting.

Results are in! Congrats to all the newcomers and returning players!

If I understand this, according to an article on Daum, players have earned a ranking that determines which events they get into next year. Top 20 get into all fields. Top 31 get into fields of 120 or more, while top 42 get into fields of 132 or more. One article claimed that those outside this level will have to play a Dream Tour qualifier next year to get onto that tour, but I presume that's only for those who don't already have tour status there?

Solar Lee gained limited access to all but the most restricted fields, and so did 35-year-old Kyeong Bae!!!

Among those who failed to gain top tour status: Jin Joo Hong, young guns Amy Hong and Uhjin Seo, and popular bombshell So Hyeon Ahn.
