They just announced Yuka Yasuda ready to tee off at #1 (above LIVE link) ... she did a lot of stretching before hitting it down Broadway. It's a par-5 of 500 yards and Minami Katsu rolled in an 18-footer at the 1st green. Since this is the AbemaTV feed ... NiceBirdie!
Ji Hee Lee and Kana Mikashima

Start watching just in time to see Yui and Momoko tee off. Also Seon Woo make birdie. Yui Kawamoto decelerated on her short birdie putt. Ayaka Watanabe hit par five in two birdie, Yuko Saso birdied also.

Two Cally staffers ... the one that is 12 years older carried her drive longer than the youngster's drive roll-out.

They've had a graphic at the top-right of the screen during the whole broadcast, announcing Shibuno Fever teeing off at 10 AM local time.

Hinako Shibuno is the life of the party even on the Tee box. I at least knew eighty percent of the players.

This is awesome! So glad I found this forum. I've been wanting to watch more KLPGA and JLPGA events but it's pretty difficult with only English!
It's interesting the players in Japan seem dressed more casually than LPGA events.. or maybe just less plastered with sponsor logos.

It's an all-female announce team. I wonder why that's such a rarity, it makes perfect sense.
Someone in red pants made a BadBogey! on the Par 5 First. Where was the graphic for that??
Cinderella looks like she's going for the farmer look, with a plaid shirt, rolled-up sleeves, and pants that could almost pass for jeans...and end 5 inches above the ankle.

Several videos on YouTube, but I can't find one yet that has Shibuno's ace at the 148-yard 8th hole. She finished at Even.
Kana Nagai (+7) is truer than the red, white and blue.

Apparently Abema TV doesn't want anyone to see the NiceAce!

for the hole in one shibuno used an 8 iron for the 160yd par 3... it landed about 10 ft in front of the cup and rolled in. shibuno said without a gallery she heard it drop into the cup.
btw; the snake that shibuno picked up was a toy snake she planted as a joke for her friend osato, who was upset that shibuno did not bring back a souvenier for her from her trip abroad...
